We've had the refrigerator for over a month now and still thrilled with our purchase. We wanted a refrigerator that would hold the weekly groceries for a family of 6 (8 when the kids are home from college) that gave a clear view of everything stored within. This refrigerator more than meets our needs. Other refrigerators we looked at had exterior water dispensers that took away from the storage space within. However, this one has a superior design that maximized interior storage. Speaking of exterior dispenser, my family really appreciates having access to ice from the exterior dispenser, yet because we use a lot of ice, more than most exterior dispensers can keep up with, we appreciate the additional ice maker in the freezer below. We also like that you can store up to 4 gallons of milk in the door shelving, freeing up the interior shelves for other items. Finally, the exterior design is very sleek and attractive.

I like how the color looks and how it is easy to grab items from the inside. A suggestion would be to have the fridge on an open space to open doors easily. The freezer is perfect and does not make water when defrosting. The ice maker is not noisy and also like the ability to make extra ice in the freezer other than door.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and this was one of the appliances that we purchased. We chose this fridge because of the space it allotted for inside. We used to have a side by side fridge and freezer kind of thing and hated it. This allows for larger trays and flexibility. Also, the fact that the ice maker is behind the shelves along the doors keeps it from taking space away from other areas. The one complaint we may have is that it sticks out from our kitchen counter-tops a little bit more than anticipated, but thats really our contractors fault.

I like the no fingerprint smudges, and it's pretty quiet. The fridge looks stylish for the price. The only downsides are that a) the water filter made the water taste weird for a few weeks, and b) the shelves being close together does not allow for milk or juice containers to fit in the main compartment. You have to put them on the door shelves.

I'm very pleased with this unit. I have an open concept kitchen / living area, and the refrigerator is free standing, not slid into a cabinet. The last one was noisy, but this one is whisper quiet and I can barely hear when the compressor is running, even when the room is quiet and I'm standing right next to it. This is a major plus! Because the main icemaker is compact and in the door, the upper part is spacious, without a large icemaker and bucket taking up valuable shelf space on the left side interior. In other words, the main reason for getting a French Door refrigerator is not defeated! It's also a snap to remove the ice bucket / box from the door for easy cleaning and emptying. The left side door shelves aren't large, but they are useful for smaller items. With dual icemakers, I'll never run out, and frankly I probably won't need to use the lower one often. Surface is very easy to wipe down with a damp cloth, without leaving streaks or prints. This is an uncomplicated unit that does everything you need it to, quietly!

This fridge is great, spacious. Makes lots of ice and freezer is also spacious. My only complain is the water that comes out of the dispenser is room temp. My old fridge despensed cold water. I didn't realize and just assumed this fridge would do the same. Other than that i am very happy.

This is a very good fridge and I am overall very happy with it. The only reason I'm knocking it down one star is that the door does not close easily, it needs a firm push to close it. Consequently, the alarm reminds me to close it - which is great. However, I would prefer the door to close without having to give it a solid push. I love the water dispenser. There is a slight delay at the front end when the dispenser is triggered. The delay is around a second and allows me to ensure the container is in the correct position. The dispenser stops immediately when released and ensures water is not sprayed out after the container is removed. This is a huge improvement from the old Whirlpool fridge I had previously. The ice makers are champs and have kept up with demand. We use both ice dispensers and are glad to have two. I bought a plastic scoop from the dollar store that I leave in the lower tray. We are pleased with this fridge and except for the door closing have nothing but good feedback regarding its design and function.

We chose this fridge because of the good rating, LG brand name, front ice/water dispenser and dual ice maker in freezer. Overall, this is a very good refrigerator. We've had it for about 3 weeks. The two downsides are 1) the water coming from the door dispenser is not very cold. It's cool, but not cold like we were expecting. This is disappointing because it was one of the main features in the fridge we anticipated. 2) Second downside is the ice maker in the fridge gets clogged easily. It's slim design is great and saves space, but every 1 out of 3 times, I have to open it and jiggle the ice around for it to come out. Of course, we do have the full ice maker in the bottom freezer, so we could easily just put a cup in there and scoop some out. Overall, very nice, spacious fridge, and it looks great and performs well. Solid shelves, rather than wire are a plus, and fresh filter in back keeps it smelling nice. Amazon sells refills with this filter and the water filter for a reasonable price.

I love the look! It is well lit. Lots of room and very assessable. Love the finish on the outside. Does not show fingerprints. This is great since I have 3 great grandchildren! I would recommend this refrigerator to everyone. You will be very happy with your selection.

Best refrigerator ever for us. Looks sleek and modern. Great Storage space inside all compartments. Ice- maker is easy to operate too. Very user friendly. Took only a few minutes to learn all the buttons and how to change filters when warning light comes up.

I had a 7 year old Samsung 28cf fridge that had nothing but constant issues with the ice maker and Major frost up issues in the fridge that caused water to leak out the front door. I spent alot of time any money applying service upgrades to no avail so I threw out a $2,500 Samsung that looked good as new and bought this unit. We use alot of ice and this thing has dual ice makers that makes more ice than a football team can use. its only 26cf but seems just as big as the 28cf Samsung. I think they deduct the CF from the freezer ice tray. the door bins are huge and hold much more than our old fridge. the water in the door has much better flow than the samsung and the indoor ice maker is super thin and takes up very little space in the fridge compartment. Right now one month In I have nothing bad to say about this LG

Love that this appliance is easy to wipe down and fingerprints don’t linger. The shelves are easy to remove as well. The two ice makers are convenient. There is so much room in the fridge, I have a hard time filling it. I wish there were more compartments in the freezer, but it is still nice.

The first one I received was returned because it failed to stay on temperature by over 4-5 degrees at any time. It was returned and a new one was set up. I am finding that the new one is off in the refrigerator by about 3 degrees, definitely not as set. I also was annoyed that the drawer on the right side does not open all the way when the left door is closed. The great stuff is room for a carafe for water and plenty of storage space. The default shelf setting is at best uninspiring. I ended up removing one so I could store tall items like an open bottle of wine. The wifi set up instructions are not great, but the process is not difficult. The information received is close to useless but it is nice to have.

I previously owned a side by side. I like this much better. I like that there are 2 ice makers because we go through a lot of ice. Overall very pleased. Lots of room in fridge and freezer. Only downside no place for the butter Love the black stainless!

This was exactly the refrigerator we wanted and exactly what are family needs. Plenty of space to keep our fridge organized and accessible. It is the perfect size! Plus the dual ice maker and in door water is super handy.

I recently purchased my first refrigerator with an ice maker! The LG 26.2 cubic feet French door refrigerator is great. It has a dual ice maker and dings when the door is open to remind you to close it. Love the stainless steel finish.

Great size and easy to set up. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the left side door has a tendency to slam shut do to weight of ice maker in the door. Just remember to empty the ice from maker into ice holder that comes with, this alleviates the complaints of running out of ice.

I love this fridge! The dual ice maker is great, the space inside so convenient and the freezer space is more than enough. I had a Samsung which lasted 5 years before so many parts broke, same size, but the configuration of this fridge is so much better. The indoor ice maker frees up the shelf space and the draws are so large. And the quietness! I have a completely open concept home and I never hear it. Lastly, so far, my fruits and vegetables seem to be staying fresher longer.

This thing is quiet and does everything it is supposed to. No issues with anything freezing in the fridge portion. Ice keeps up with 4 people home for quarantine and social distancing. Tons of storage and easy to clean.
