We’ve had this product nearing a year. From the start your salesperson was excellent as she guided us through the selection process and sale closing. The product is great. We’ve had no problems with the refrigerator/freezer or ice makers. Will have to admit that we are a little disappointed with the shelf spacing or lack of adjustability. Near impossible to put bottled sodas or large containers in refrigerator.

I love this refrigerator, plenty of room for what I need it for. I have lots of visitors in the summer and the fridge is always full. I had a side by side and there was never enough room plus the freezer was not made for large items. So I am very happy with this fridge.

Beautiful fridge. Very sleep and I love the ice maker on the door, no loosing storage space in the fridge or shelving. Freezer is awesome, love it soo far. Only down side is the noise when you have it open for too long, it can be annoying when putting a whole car full of groceries away!

Turn out to be a fantastic purchase. Great very roomy refrigerator and extremely quiet

Satisfied with Refrigerator for the price paid...BestBuy point of sale was a little frustrating due to BestBuy's mishmash of incentives/credits. Had to have a LG Repair person come-out 2-weeks after delivery to fix a seal on freezer slideout that was letting outside air in causing heavy frost build-up. An online clustercluck was adverted when I reached a live agent who 'quickly' set-up the repair appointment. Am now trying to get offered perk of second year of no-cost Warranty Protection approved, thus the reason for 4 Stars. If I don't get it acknowledged soon, will reduce rating to 2 stars based solely on LG's ineptness. If all had gone well from day one, rating would be 5 stars.

The fridge is really nice, very quiet and makes a lot of ice.

We love this refrigerator. There is more than enough space for my husband and I and we have a lot of condiments. The only negative remark I would give is that the shelving is not tall enough for your larger bottles or cans and the adjustments you can make are poorly designed and wastes space.

Refrigerator is as described. Love the space in the fridge. Especially like the additional ice maker in freezer!

Excellent choice for all the features it offers. Love having the dual ice maker and having a water ice dispenser on the front that can handle taller water bottles and cups. The ThinQ feature allows me to know what’s going on with my fridge and adjust temps without being home. Lots of space and drawers for all the fridge items you might have. The fresh air filter is great it keeps the fridge smelling fresh.

Beautiful refrigerator....finish does show fingerprints more than my old one. Love the lightsin the interior and having more space for refrigerated items. Ice maker (dual) works well. Wish the bottom freezer bin had a few dividers, but will purchase some bins to help organize. This is my first LG product and I researched for quite a while and do think they are the most reliable for the $. Time will tell!

I really like this refrigerator. Pros: The black stainless steel looks great. It has a ton of food storage space. I absolutely love that it has two ice-makers. Cons: The crushed ice dispenser is messy. Ice flies all over the place. The door ice reservoir gets jammed, which causes the ice not to come out. The doors don't automatically close. (Although it beeps when the doors are left open too long. That's very nice.)

Great unit a lot of space, easy to clean and organize

Super sleek, rolls very nicely to clean under and behind- which I love. So far it’s been super easy to clean. Doesn’t leave fingerprints, but it is easy to scratch (I think my ring got the handle). The 2 ice makers are amazing, and we haven’t have a problem with the top ice maker like other brands experience, it’s been several months so we are super happy and would recommend this model!

Love the extra icemaker! Very quiet and the bottom drawer is about twice as big as our last unit.
