Love this fridge! So versatile and easy. The dual ice maker is a huge bonus too. The shelves are adjustable and that has been really nice to customize what goes where. I also love that the freezer is so deep and slides out from the bottom. The multi layered drawer design is amazing too!

Overall very satisfied. Love the crushed ice dispenser. It's frustrating to have to open both doors to get to the chilled meat/cheese drawer. This could have been split like the fruit/veggie drawers. Sometimes hard to close doors with just an elbow nudge.

This LG Fridge keeps things fresh and is very easy to use. My first French door refrigerator and I'm loving the dual ice maker setup. I also love the lower freezer with the sliding tray keeps things locked in and separated accordingly. Easy to The LG App reminds you of when to change out the air filter and water filter.

We thought the window in the fridge design was a bazaar choice. Very glad LG provides all the same features in a traditional fridge design. We love the 2nd ice maker in the bottom drawer. Not to mention that the icemaker in the door saves so much more room than our old samsung fridge (the one with the salsa moat.. look it up for a good laugh).

The new LG is larger and more efficient & quiet over the old unit. Would definitely purchase again and the delivery crew was top notch!

Took a long time to get, however we are very happy with this refrigerator. We had a Kenmore which was very good for 8.5 years. It was the assistant manager who was our salesmen along with the Geek Squad warranty that sold me on buying it at Best Buy. Everything went very well and as we where told. The delivery men were very professional. Love the extra ice maker, only wish it had a collapsible shelf like the Kenmore.

Consumer Reports ranked all of the LG refrigerators highly. The only negative they listed was the ice making volume. But with two ice makers, one in the door and one in t freezer, I think the ice production is excellent. Great fridge overall. Two items that could be improved: 1 - the freezer drawer could operate more smoothly. 2 - the control panel should be backlit so you can see if you're selecting water, crushed, it cubed ice in dim light.

This unit does a great job keeping the fridge at a constant temp. The second ice maker in the freezer is wonderful for get togethers. Only 4 stars because the mullion/flapper that keeps the doors sealed while closed broke in less than 2 months. Best Buy kept their word and helped me track down the proper maintenance company to resolve the issue. It got taken care of but something breaking in less than 2 mos has my radar up a bit. Other than that its a wonderful unit!
