I really like the layout of this refrigerator. The drawer is nicely put in the frig and freezer for the veggies and meats. I also like that when I get ice it comes out in a straight stream opposed to others that I've had that shoot the ice pieces all over the place. Good value for the price. This is my first LG purchase.

The refrigerator is well designed. The ice and water is a little confusing to those who do not use it all the time (i.e., guest often get water on the floor the first time). It does not have a drawer for lunchmeat, cheese, etc like most refrigerators. However, it is very roomy and we had been quite pleased with it overall. However, we have not yet had it three years and the freezer has quit working. I will try and post an update when the issue is resolved.

This refrigerator has amazing storage and great features!

This refrigerator meets our family's needs quite well. It has all the features we were looking for. The only thing that is lacking is that there is not enough height adjustment on the main shelves.

My wife and I compared many refrigerators before deciding on this one. IT is very spacious and definitely like the color better than the usual white. The one thing that I cannot get used to is how easy it is to smudge the and how very noticeable it is. It especially difficult to keep clean with kids. Should have gone with one of the ones that said smudge free.

This is a great fridge but it doesn't have a lot of adjustable shelving and t doesent come with a drawer ( I took my old one It fits perfectlly in this one ). Great buy !!

Best Buy made it so easy to purchase my new refrigerator. All details were taken care of from sales, to delivery, to Removing my old refrigerator, and bringing in the new one up a flight of stairs and hooking up the ice maker. What great service from hard working guys!

I purchased this side by side to match my other two existing appliances that I bought at Best Buy I like the finish on it the water and ice in the door the only negative is the shelves are not adjustable

Not easy to clean marks on the outside. Not quiet makes Noise can be very annoying.

Do NOT buy this Fridge! Bought in Spring of 2015. Compressor failed around Fall of 2019. Although there seems to be a warranty on the compressor (some say 5yrs, others say 7yrs-10yrs), we bought a GE replacement due to 1) being unable to get in touch with a LG rep. 2) Customer reports of having to foot the labor costs, ranging between $350-1000. 3) Customer reports about LG repair appt. delays of weeks, sometimes months. 4) Replacement compressors failing anywhere from 1 week to 2yrs after repair/replacement. 5) Not wanting to miss out on sale prices of more reliable brands. Save yourself $$$ and the headache. Don’t Buy this Product.

Most people push on the ice dispenser and hold their glass under where the ice comes out for water. The water then goes all over the floor!!! I think this is a poor design.

Nice fridge but it could use a 3rd drawer. It’s also a little unfortunate the front is not magnetic.

Great fridge. Reasonably priced. Just the ice maker don’t make enough ice and it tends to go down quite often. It has to be reset often.

I love all the space given from the icemaker in the door. I wish it offered a ribbon finish, I am always cleaning off finger prints.

the best, i never connected the ice maker so I could have more room in the freezer, just clean the rear coils ever 2 years with a little brush you can get from publix and it will be there, I have had it for 8 years now almost

There are many deals out there on appliances. This fridge had everything we wanted, doors that stay closed, a temperature that stays cooler than the rest of the house, and a functional ice maker. I do miss the low grade hum that the old one made, but will get used to the silence.

I place the refrigerator in my grange which is insulated but not heated. Out side temp is around 45 F. So far the refrigerator is holding well.

I like the water/ice feature. The temperature controls are consistent. Occasionally the ice maker has to be restarted.

Had squeaky door hinge at first, but this went away in a couple days. Lots of handy features, with the ability to modify them as needed (for example, chime sounds if door left open too long). Overall a just what we were looking for in size.

I’d have given 5 stars if it had a separate meat and cheese drawer. But we will adjust. Other than that, I like the look and it seems to run great.
