Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this refrigerator 2018 the compressor went out 2 years later don't know if I was lucky or unlucky to buy the warranty becse the policy of Best Buy was to difficult to get my refrigerator fixed make along story short geek squad came checked it out and said they don't fix compressors so then referred me to another company to fix it long story short my refrigerator went out on a Thursday and I couldn't get it fixed till late Monday then it was supposed to take 24 to 48 hours to get cold food spoield had to eat out for whole family Friday thru Tuesday

They never secured the water line tight enough. Then that night i opened the door to the frig and the shelf came crashing down on tile floors and broke several bottles of salad dressing and cut my foot. They had taken out the shelves on the door in order to get the frig past a counter in my kitchen but when they put it back in they didn't put them back in correctly. I did take pictures of everything
