They never secured the water line tight enough. Then that night i opened the door to the frig and the shelf came crashing down on tile floors and broke several bottles of salad dressing and cut my foot. They had taken out the shelves on the door in order to get the frig past a counter in my kitchen but when they put it back in they didn't put them back in correctly. I did take pictures of everything

The one thing I would design differently is to have the shelves be more movable. Other than that it has plenty of room, looks very good in my kitchen and is working very well.
