Technician said he's seen this a lot with LG refrigerators. If I didn't have the 3 yr extended warranty I would have been screwed.

Bad temp keep on the freezer and fridge

Having this issue where it stops freezing ive had to throw out so many items due to this. I had a tech come out when he arrived the freezer was already back to freezing he said there was no issue he just had to update something and yet the next three month the same issues keeps happening every other week off and on

The full size ice dispenser for large cups is a nice feature. It would have been nice had they reduced width by 1/2 inch to make it fit easier into standard size openings. It is right at the margins and made for a tight squeeze in.

Still under warranty, couldn't be fixed. So I bought another LG in Mar. 2018 and the new one died on 11/20/2020. Compressor both times. Come to find out this is a known issue with LG, and there is even a class action lawsuit because of them.

I only wish there was a smaller drawer for deli meats and cheeses but of course bought it knowing it didn't have it. The water dispenser trips everyone up because it's unusual but once they see how it works then it's no problem.

Delivery and customer service after the is HORRIBLE!! Took 3 weeks to get a replacement fridge after the first that was delivered came defective. Great fridge but you may want to go somewhere else to purchase if you want it faster and not defective.
