I really wasn't sure if it was actually running until I opened the doors and felt the cool air. I love the dimming LED lighting too. I think this is a good value for such a nice refrigerator with Wi-Fi. I find the daily power consumption info on the LG app useful as well. Highly recommended!

If I had a chance I would pick something else in a heart beat. The ice dispenser is tiny and as a family of over 4 people, we never have enough ice. The water that comes out of the dispenser is never cold. The button to choose types of ice and water is painfully hard to use. Sometimes you press on it multiple times before it switches to what you want. I give it 3 stars because the refrigerator keeps the food cold and the freezer keeps things frozen. If you have the money by better.

We understand that the unit didn't meet your expectations for your family's needs. To help with the water temperature, we recommend dispensing at least 2 to 3 glasses of water to allow the chilled water from the internal reservoir to reach the dispenser.

The drawers and side storage are removable and easy to clean. It has a wonderful water, ice and crushed ice dispenser. Very convenient. You do have to replace the filter though. We are happy with our purchase. Thank you. Everyone who helped were very professional, also.

Especially like the print proof stainless steel. The placement of the shelves and drawers are excellent and fit many more things than my previous refrigerator..
