Nice unit and works fine. Very quiet and spacious. Careful with ice dispenser. Water will sometimes freeze on the line or the clear plastic that directs water to the tray and clog. You can try hot water to melt it or hair-drier.

The Samsung four-door refrigerator is not only great looking, the interior layout design is excellent. I especially like efficient design of the ice maker. It takes up very little room.

I was extremely pleased with this refrigerator. Got it during the President's day sale and man was it worth it. Plenty of space inside and the freezer is perfect. Would highly recommend.

Saw this product at another store and decided to purchase. Checked here at Best Buy and it was a no brainer as they had the lowest price with the fastest delivery and hookup.

Storage is so much nicer then our old side by side. We love the ability to adjust shelves and a top shelve with a retractable section. We are very happy with our section.

The refrigerator fits our needs: it is stainless steel (style), french doors (trend) two freezer compartments, separate (very convenient, nothing gets stuck at the bottom of the freezer)

Have had the fridge for a couple months now. Its huge inside and great for our family. We're not always using the ice, so the slim ice maker works fine for us - can't say its been a problem. My only complaint about this fridge is with the shelves/holders on the french door themselves. To make room for the pull out drawer, the shelves at the bottom as well as all on the left side of the interior door are super slim. They are only as wide as a can of soda - so jelly, peanut butter and some other larger condiments have to be put on the main shelves. Other wise 5 stars

Love my new LG French door bottom freezer refrigerator. Was able to organize food much more efficiently than old refrigerator. The two door refrigerator and two drawer freezer should add to the energy savings since less cold is lost when opening or closing the refrig/freezer. Team that delivered the refrigerator did a remarkable job getting it into the house through tight spaces.

We bought multiple kitchen appliances from the Auburn, CA Best Buy store. The sales person (Tjay) was extremely knowledgeable and was the reason we bought our entire kitchen there. The price beat the competitors too and the sales person made sure we received any manufacturer rebates available. The delivery was exactly on the day and time window they gave us at purchase and the installation of all of the appliances was flawless. Great communication between purchase date and delivery/installation date as well. Couldn't be happier and will be going back to buy a 4K TV from the Auburn store next.

Have had a week. Lots of space except on sides for condiments. Also very small ice maker. Never thought to look at that. Therefore keep running out of ice. Great price during a promotion

I have had the fridge for about a month now, very spacious fridge area. Very quiet and also beautiful looking on the outside. Dual freezer also feels good so far.

The true test of anything that costs this much, in my opinion, is longevity. So having owned this for only 2 months, I can't speak on that yet. But so far we love it! Read the product description, that is a list of the things we love about it. It does everything it promises, and does it perfectly. Plus, it's beautiful! If it lasts, this will be a true 5-star refrigerator.

Best Buy gave us a great price cheaper then the sale price at other stores.Half off a stainless steel hose free delivery, install and hall away. They had to take the doors off to get it in the house.

We are about 3 months in and very happy. Roomy, cold, organized. So far, ice maker (which was my major fear) is working well and keeping up with my family of 4.

Best fridge ever! Tons of room, doors abs drawers open and shut nicely.

Hated my side by side for years because of the narrow top to bottom shelves. Finally replaced it with this French door fridge and I'm happier every time I open the door. Everything inside is waist high and up. Just reach in. No bending down to the floor. The interior lighting is amazing! The freezer drawers are low but the freezer is typically accessed once a day vs opening the fridge several times. The black stainless is breathtaking. It gives my whole kitchen a new look. The surface stays shiney and fingerprint free. We purchased it for 40% off list so it was very affordable as well!

I have had the LG fridge (replacing a very bad Samsung, similar model) for a few months now...it is less noisy than the Samsung I had, seems to do a nice job of maintaining temp. The shelving is ok, wish LG had put more thought into it, especially for tall items. As a small gripe, the water dispenser has a slight delay when pushing/releasing the button. Seems that everyone in my family has had the water drip on the floor after pulling the cup away too soon. But this is a minor gripe, once you learn to keep your cup there a second longer. I do like that the door chimes when you kids leave the door open for too long!
