It works well, looks great and fits perfectly in the space available in the kitchen.

I noticed the frost along the front portion of the lower freezer drawer. Probably, the reason is that the packing rubber band of that part is short compared to the other side.

Am soooo inlove with the refrigerator, I went to the store to buy a different one but when I saw this one I was imstantly drawn to it, and am happy I made the right decision to buy it.

We have loved our fridge, after 2 years. If theres one thing i would change—it would be to make the water piur out faster. It takes longer then id like to fill up a cup of water.

We have had this refrigerator for about two months now and we love it; It maintains the ideal temperature throughout the fridge and freezer( I have wireless digital temp sensors that I move around and records temps) It is well lit inside and very spacious with lots of door space, The water spout inside puts out nice cool water and the filter is in a nice spot and was easy to place. It runs super quiet and seems well built with sturdy shelves and drawers. The two freezer drawers make all the difference with the ability to divide food into generic sections and able to locate thing easily without having to dig down. The main doors and freezer drawers open and close smoothly. It has a nice clean look and the finish is great. I much prefer the inside water spout compared to the in door water and ice makers, soooo much more space.

I'd like a shout-out to the two gentlemen who helped me at the Gilroy store. It was Chris and I forgot the other person's name. I had an issue with my Best Buy credit card, and they patiently got on the phone with Best Buy's credit card service department to try and resolve this for me. After half an hour, it was obvious we were going in circles, much as I did when I called customer service from home. I was hoping an employee calling on my behalf would move mountains, but it didn't. So we moved on to looking at fridges as I had another credit card that I could use. Next, they helped me pick out a refrigerator. Walking into the store 30 minutes ago, I had already thought about the LG. Then they showed me the other models, and I really liked the Samsung. I was ready to buy it, until I finally noticed it had an external water dispenser. Part of my criteria for a new fridge is an internal water dispenser because I used to have an external water dispenser that just left hard water deposits everywhere. After a while, you just can't remove those deposits, no matter how much elbow grease you put into it. So, they patiently helped me look for a Samsung model containing an internal water dispenser with 4 doors in a French fridge configuration. Unfortunately, Samsung didn't make one. So, I ended up going back to the LG, the one in this review. As of this writing in Aug. 2022, there 's still a shortage of fridges, which is likely tied to the supply line issues and worldwide chip shortage. Nevertheless, Best Buy had enough of a selection that they helped me out of a pinch. (My current fridge is broken and has been for the past three weeks, as I scrambled to look for places that had a model I wanted.) As for the fridge itself, it works great. I have SO much more storage now than I did living in an apartment. During the Pandemic, I was at a lack of space for food storage, especially in the freeze section. I had a top-down model, with the freezer being on top. The freezer was so stuffed with food that if I needed to get something stored at the bottom, it would cause an avalanche. Well, no more with this fridge! The way the freezer section works, which are the bottom two drawers, you can't get the avalanche effect. This model is also a lot more quiet than the one that was broken. I just wished that this model actually reported the temperatures than provide the setpoints. The internal water dispenser doesn't put out water as cold as I'd like. This is probably a design decision to save electricity and reduce greenhouse emissions. That's fine. That's why I have ice, which this model also makes. One last thing to close out this review. Everytime I go to the fridge to get a snack from the snack drawer, which means opening up the two vertical doors, I feel like I'm making a grand entrance. It's like watching a show where the character opens two doors to enter the room, and you're wondering why he doesn't just one the one door?

Have only have had this fridge for 2 weeks, so I can’t speak to longevity. So far, so good. Refrigerator space is huge. I’m basically filling it up with various beverages, because there’s so much room in the fridge section. The freezer section is smaller than what we’re used to, but I do like having two drawers. We have a small chest freezer in the garage. Without it, it would be a little bit of of a struggle. Maybe that’s a sign I need to buy less pizza, waffles, and burritos! The ice in the top freezer drawer is great and I love the water dispenser on the inside. It took about 48 hours to settle on the correct temperature after plugging in, so just be aware of that. If it breaks within the first year, I’ll update or re-post. The guy we worked with at our local Best Buy was awesome. And we may have lucked out, but the third-party delivery guys were great, too.

Really like the double freezer drawers. Cuts down on stacking things and makes them easier to find, Inside water dispenser is nice but the water is not chilled. Plenty of room in the refrigerator. Looks nice, too.

We have had the fridge for about a month now. We came from a traditional fridge with freezer on top, and a little smaller than we have now. Good: roomy, it feels like we can't fill the fridge though it's not that much larger than what we had. The space is much more useable than our old fridge. Having the shelves at eye level allow you to use the whole shelf, without items getting lost in the back. The gallon sized door storage trays are huge and there are plenty of them. We never had enough space for condiments and other 'door' items previously. Now we have extra space in the door shelves. Quiet, we can barely tell its running compared to the 20+ year old fridge that was replaced. Easy to find what is needed. It took a couple weeks but once we have things arranged in a logical order, it's easy to open the correct door and grab what is needed without hunting around. Cleaning is easy, wipe it down and looks good. The 2 freezes drawers are nice. We put commonly used items in the top freezer drawer and those items used less often below. LED lights are nice compared to the incandescent in our old one. Never did replace the bulbs in over 20 years though. The fit and finish is good. Not so good: Ice maker doesn't seem to make ice as fast or as much as our old one. We aren't running out of ice, it just never feels full. There is the ice plus setting which helps make ice faster. Maybe we are just used to the old one and the fact that it was almost always full. Water dispenser doesn't provide 'cold' water. Its colder than room temp but not as cold as our old one. Not a big issue as we can always add ice. The full-size deli tray is a little inconvenient. I would rather have 2 smaller drawers than 1 full length which requires both doors to be open to access it. It was one of the more used drawers in our old fridge, not sure that will remain the same in this one. We haven't really experienced anything bad at this point and don't expect to. Overall, we looked at other manufacturers and styles of refrigerators and this one fit our wants and needs at a price we were willing to pay. Hopefully it will last as long as our old one without any repairs. Delivery was excellent too!

This was my dream fridge and was thrilled when it wasn't on back order. The two drawer freezer is fantastic and holds a ridiculous amount of food while keeping it organized. The outside is sleek with the water dispenser located on the inside. The fridge portion is also extremely roomy with lots of storage areas. The doors are print proof but the handles are not. However, they wipe fast and easily. Pros + Huge amounts of fridge and freezer space + Lots of organization + Sleek, modern design Cons - The water from the fridge line doesn't get cold, it's just cooler than room temp - The ice maker when getting going takes awhile to make ice, however it looks like it's going faster now but it's not fast by any means I am not going to say this is a con yet because I need to read the manual to see if it's fixable. The chime on the door when open starts too early and gets annoying very quickly.

We did a lot of research before getting this fridge. It is perfect! There’s so much room inside for everything. Love having the fridge on top with two large freezer drawers below. Everything stays nice and organized and we don’t have to dig for anything. Beautiful design and tons of storage. So glad we didn’t get a water/ice cube dispenser on the door. Having it inside makes everything much more neat and clean. Highly recommended.

I love going to the kitchen to be with this fridge. It is amazing. The drawer freezers are super easy, convenient, and organized. The reg fridge inside is spacious and well lit. The inside water dispenser is great, and the ice maker is pretty quick (but get yourself an ice scoop!). We absolutely love this fridge and we are now LG fans for life!

Loving this refrigerator. Looks really sleek for the design of my home. Plenty of storage space in the freezer drawers. In-refrigerator water dispenser is better for me than an external facing mechanism. One challenge is that the door shelves may need to be on the “fuller” side to prevent items from wobbling or falling over when closing the doors. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase and the space for my groceries.

After my first LG refrigerator had come to needing to retire after 20 years, I purchased this new LG 4 door French door. It is so roomy and the two freezer drawers accommodate a better function with being able to organize the freeze spaces. Things don’t get hidden under other items. I can see everything that has been put into the refrigerator on top and it has ample room for the different variety of foods. I love the inside drinking water instead of having that space taken up on the outside of the door. I haven’t had any luck with ice makers and this one has just the right size and it doesn’t take up much needed freezer space. I have already shared this with one of my adult children whose refrigerator died. She bought one similar to this one but it has the water on the outside of the door.

We purchased this fridge based on Consumer Report reviews and value. Have had it for about two months now and really could not be more pleased. About the same size re cubic SF as our prior fridge but design is SO much better -- much easier to see contents and LOVE the increased storage for condiments and such on doors.

This refrigerator is great! We have a large family and this holds so much! I love that the water dispenser is inside the refrigerator. The ice maker keeps up very well with our busy family. The 2 drawer freezer is great! I don't lose anything to the back of the freezer like traditional freezers! It is also so easy to clean if there are any spills!

Great so far! Very roomy fridge and freezer. Glad I chose inside water and ice…clean look and no more ice on the floor. Happy with the double freezer drawers…keep things others in the household would look for in the top drawer…stops them from pawing through everything. Delivery and set up went smoothly.

We really the inside the fridge water dispenser. No water running down the front of the fridge. Excellent space in fridge and freezer. Really like having two freezer drawers with so much space and not having to stack everything in top of each other in one drawer.
