I was told to avoid the Samsung and LG's due to the fact that getting parts and repairs was difficult. Also, I needed a white fridge, but...Didn't have much of a choice or selection due to Covid. I shopped (6) different stores and Best Buy was the only store who could deliver (5) days after purchase. The other stores were 2+ weeks out. Also, the service I received from the gentleman who helped me was AWESOME! (Sorry, I am having a brain freeze on his name at the moment). So far I really like the fridge part. My issue with the freezer is the ice tray keeps moving out of the little grooves the tray sits in, and some of the ice goes into the lower drawer. This is my first bottom freezer fridge, and I really like it better than my side / side. I think if I had to purchase again, I'd still get a bottom freezer, but not with the drawers, just a big bottom freezer with the sliding trays. Have had the fridge since Feb 9th.

Installation is on time, friendly and fast. Minus 1 star because they didn't want to install the Stainless-Steel Waterline Kit for us because our valve is not on the wall (it's directly under the floor). We bought our previous fridge from BestBuy too 7 years ago and the installation team installed the waterline kit for us with no problem.

I love all of the bins in the doors. I like the deli drawer, and the interior water dispenser. The only thing I don’t like is that the ice cube bin catches on the freezer drawer when we open and close it. I’m notreally sure why that happens, but it’s annoying.

It has an ice maker and a cold water dispenser. Plenty of room and shelves are nicely arranged

The finish looks great and there's plenty of room for all of our foods, drinks, and condiments. The freezer is also perfectly sized. While the water dispenser is nicely tucked away, I do wish that the surface of the button was a bit larger. Not a big deal though. I still love how much room it saves.

I recently noticed the seal on one of the doors doesn’t seem to have as tight of a seal as it used to and of course it’s just out of warranty

Plenty of room for all our needs and then some. Everything works great. The indoor water dispenser is pretty forceful and splatters water all over so we don't use that much. Other than that it works great.

It is so quiet I was concerned it was not working properly. I called L.G to ask about it but after being on hold for 30 minutes I hung up. Takes a few hours for ice maker to produce and the temp. to stabilize. Can't really find anything to nit pick. After looking at lots of reviews for Samsung, GE plus LG and others it seems some bad reviews for all of them. Just have to hope for the best long term.
