I love the drinks and condements door Ice make is great And water dispenser is good I wish it has a meat drwaer for meat and cheese in the refregirator door. Freezer is spacious especially when the ice maker is located as part of the door

The only thing I would change on this refrigerator, it would be nice if the manufacturer could include an alarm for the door in a door. If you don't close it all the way shut, it will remain open until you use it again. This refrigerator exceeds our needs, has so much space inside and in the freezer as well and we could't be happier with our choice. My wife read consumer reports to find out for the price we wanted to spend, which one would be a good fit for our family. We were originally looking at higher priced models, however, this is perfect I would say for a family of 4-6. The only other thing to be aware of, is it takes a couple of cycles for the ice and water to get rid of the bad taste. I believe I changed the ice twice now and the bad taste is gone. Very happy with our choice. Do your research and compare prices. We found the best price at best buy where we purchase all of our appliances! Great service and value.

We love our new LG refrigerator, and especially love the door-in-door feature. By pushing a button in the right-side door, it opens an area for drinks, condiments, and small items that seem to get lost in a regular refrigerator. So easy to find, now, and it keeps us from opening the larger section that lets more cold out. The side-by-side feature is more spacious than I had thought. It's easier to find frozen items because they're not dumped on top of each other like in a bottom freezer. We love the ice/water dispenser, although the water dispenser can be a little tricky until you know how to use it. We are a little surprised that this refrigerator seems to make more noise than our past refrigerators. Overall, we are very pleased with this purchase.

I love this refrigerator. On the outside, you can get ice and water, of course, but because of the design you can use any size cup or container. The half door is great for those things you are always grabbing but hate wasting cool air on. Even my milk jugs fit in it. The actual refrigerator is very spacious. The freezer is nice because it has ice on the door, so I pretty much got an extra shelf compared to my old one. There are also 2 drawers for meat and fish. Since I'm a nerd, I had fun organizing everything. It all has a place now. The only negative I can think of is the inner door storage. When you open the whole door, you can only access some things you put in the half door. In addition, the shelves on the door are low and small in the actual refrigerator. But hey, I bend a little more and reap all the other benefits!

We use the beverage door multiple times throughout the day. Good capacity in the refrigerator. Ice cubes come out formed. The ice maker is the best we have had in several different name brand refrigerators that we have purchased.

I really like the door-in-door feature. I also really like that the ice maker is in the door of the freezer which leaves more room in the main part of the freezer. The ONLY thing I do not like about this fridge is that there is no deli-drawer. I plastic been I have placed in the fridge works okay, but I really miss having a drawer for my cheeses, butter, etc. I like the drawers for the freezer and the drawers/crispers in the fridge, I like that they are up and down rather than side by side. SO much room to put things on the door. I like the oversized shelves on the door. The ability to control the temp of the unit from the outside is definitely a plus.

Lots of room. The front outside door is great. The water and ice work great. The space is very organized the freezer and refrigator. Very quiet.

This LG Refrigerator has a lot of neat features. I like that I can grab a condiment from the smaller door without having to open up the entire refrigerator. I like the separation between the water dispenser and the ice dispenser. Overall a great value.

All I can say is, everything works! You would think that's a normal thing, but we have had lots of refrigerators and this is the first one where EVERYTHING works as advertised. The ice maker is great. The door in door feature is one of the best idea's I've seen on a refrigerator. All the drawers work as advertised, the temperature is accurate and very stable. The freezer is the best I have ever seen. The layout is nearly perfect. We could not be happier with our purchase. BB delivery was flawless. They delivered it right on time and even spent an extra half hour to help my wife get it working correctly. They did not have to do that, but it shows how good the Geek Squad is. Well done, LG and BB!

Our old refrigerator was like 18 years old. It was a side by side with a no longer working ice maker. This new refrigerator is a side by side with an ice maker, ice dispenser, and cold water dispenser. These work very well. The cold saver door is new to us, but it has turned out to be handy when organizing a variety of things that we put in it. This refrigerator sits in the same space as the old one, but it has improved insulation that increases refrigerator and freezer space by large noticeable amounts. If does have an electronic panel which is useful for setting temperature and other functions. It also includes a water filter that looks like it will be easy to change when needed. So far, this refrigerator has turned out to be very good.

Very happy with this fridge. No complaints. Makes plenty of ice, quiet, lots of space, leaves no fingerprints. The black stainless steel looks slick.

This refrigerator is a beautiful design, It has lots of room. The door in door allows for extra storage. The exterior is sleek and polished. LG did good on this one. Highly recommended.

The fridge is spacious but I would like it more if the shelves were more adjustable. There’s only 2 spaces where you can move each shelf and the bottom shelf doesn’t move. I have big jars I would like to put in the bottom shelf but can’t because there’s not enough height. It does make a weird noise sometimes, it doesn’t seem to be the ice maker because it’s full. I do love the third door, I can keep all my drinks there and save space in the main part.

Great design.works perfectly, nice and big., I would buy it again. I love the little front door feature to save energy.

Beautiful and comfortable refrigerator. doors close easily and divisions are perfect. I like this model. the drawback is the poor design where water is obtained because splashing water outside. you must be very careful using the water area.

The pass through door is the best! Lots of room in the fridge and freezer portion. The water and ice dispenser are designed for taller glasses! Ice make in the door and doesn't use much space.

Got my fridge after 2 failed attempts from the geek squad. But the 2 guys who finally showed up were great. The fridge is working great so far but it’s only been a few weeks. Some cons are the water spout in front of the ice, I need to explain to guests how to get water so they don’t make a mess and embarrass themselves in my kitchen. The other this is fingerprints but I knew that and got the stainless steel wipes which work awesome. Other than those 2 things it is a really great fridge with a lot of space to organize your food and drink conveniently. So I gave it 4 stars because of those two things.

I love my LG refrigerator. It is very spacious and the ice maker on the door is great. Also, I love that I can use the front door when I am entertaining.

Beautiful refrigerator. Nice access to smaller items straight out of the front. Roomy inside for lots of items. Crisper bins work good on bottom of refrigerator side. Plenty of lighting inside freezer and refrigerator. Very quiet operation. Stainless gets smudged easily. Design of dispenser paddle for ice and water is stainless and is easily scratched by pressing cup lip against it. Especially insulated stainless cups. Ice cube production is slow and it does not hold much ice.

Love the outer door..stores all drinks and condiments...like drawers for vegetables..and in freezer. Also VERY quiet..Still new, will have more info later.
