I truly enjoy this refrigerator. Has plenty of space. I Like that I am able to remove shelves if needed for taller items. Drawers glide smoothly. Glass shelves are easy to clean. The mini door comes in handy for kids to just grab drinks without opening the full size refrigerator door. Have had it for 14 months & I’m Happy with my purchase.

We have had it for almost two months. Very quiet but there is a high pitch whine that may be annoying to some people. Otherwise you barely know that it is running. Basic on the inside but tons of storage. Note stainless steel is only on the outside and the sides were dark grey. Storage of tall items such as juice is an issue since shelving can only be adjusted a few pegs. Water dispenser takes some getting used to because it comes out at a high velocity. The design of the dispenser is very solid and it is built to last unlike lever design that are prone to failure. Icemaker is good and it is constructed into the freezer door which helps with space. Rated excellent by the agency that rates products (you know who I am taking about).

If you get a regular side-by-side, you'll be missing out on the almost double door storage space. It's also cool that we can open this little side door for things like creamer, butter, milk, condiments, etc., without having to open the big door 1000's of times and let the cold out. The door is where I can put my tallest bottles (wine and milk), so the way they've optimized the space is lovely.

My granddaughter is in love with the half door. It’s made it easy for all of us. We put her stuff like lunchables on the lower shelves and she can get them herself. She’s also excited about ice and water in the door, as we all are. I drink a lot more water now. There’s plenty of space in both the refrigerator and freezer sides and things stay cold. We’re very happy with our purchase.

We had looked at many refrigerators but decided on this one because of its size and options. The ice maker and water dispenser have worked well. Ice is produced several times a day. The door in door is an excellent feature preventing excess chill from escaping while reaching for items in the front section. The side by side saves the back from bending too much as in a French door type. Our only wish that it gives us at least 20 years of worry free service like our old one!

This fridge is great and is really silent and the powerful in doing is job. The door to access essential things like juices is fabulous idea. The only thing that you have to consider is that the measures are the ones that you may need in paper but, the side of the doors are wider than what they look and if you have a space that is just as big as the measures you will have problems opening it.

Fridge is nice black stainless steel, cleans beautifully on the outside & the inside is a 1,2,3 out & back in clean. I moved around a few shelves and have adequate space for my different size containers . The freezer is super cold, the ice machine is a dream The water dispenser is a little slow, I’m going to inquire about that, otherwise it’s a beauty

The refrigerator is working fine just the way it is advertised. Like the door-in-door feature for easy access without loosing a lot of cold air. The freezer and ice maker is great. The water dispenser is not placed conveniently. Wish it is in the same area as ice dispenser.

Looking to replace our old side by side fridge, this one is so much lighter, quieter, and much more space and cheaper to run. Great buy. Another store had it on back order with 6 week wait. Best Buy's was delivered and installed 48 hours later. Worth the extra $80 i paid in total for it!

So far so good with this refrigerator! I love that the ice maker is in built into the door, as it gives more shelf space in the freezer. The additional quick access door on the fridge part is handy, which surprised me. I love how quickly the water comes out. It took a little longer than instructed to get the "factory" taste out of the water and ice, but it has eventually normalized I would buy this again.

Overall a good Refrigerator for the price. Rather spacious and works well. The only downfall is the lack of space for gallon size containers. The door in door feature is good but very limited in space. If you have a big family with lots of 2 liter bottles and gallon size jugs you need to take out a shelf and can only fit 2 in the door in door. Stays cold and makes ice quickly.

After looking extensively for a great refrigerator, we located this LG on the market. I found this same model in three other places -- but Best Buy had the best price, the best and quickest delivery, and the best installation by far. The big box home stores could not compete! The size and perks of this machine put it on the top of the chart for customer satisfaction. I can attest to that!!!!

Love this fridge, great value plus lots of room for the two of us. The door in door allows ease of access to things that we reach for most often without having to open the fridge door. Wonderful concept. Very quiet compressor as compared to our older one. The ice maker kept up with our high demAnd especially during this hot weather. Highly recommend this LG product.

Very spacious in both compartments. Love the icemaker on the door, it gives an additional shelf in the freezer. Front door keeps beverages ice cold but found that the door doesn't latch unless you push it in. I've already left the front door open twice accidently. There was no alarm that sounded. Unit is quiet and the water filter is located in a convenience location for changing.

First LG refrigerator had an icemaker that wouldn't work. After hearing the steps we took to resolve the issue Best Buy swapped it out for a new one, same model, at no additional charge as it was in the first 30 days of purchase. The new one works perfectly including the icemaker. Love the door in a door feature.

The double doors to have the option of opening the fridge for drinks (or eggs or other common things we reach out for) is great! The design modernizes the look and feel of our kitchen. The kids love it! One thing is that the front of the fridge is not metal, so magnets don't work on it. Magnets do work on the side, just don't expect to clutter the front of the fridge with kids' drawings and magnets that you've collected from all over the world.

This unit replaces the old Samsung that died without warning a few months after the extended warranty lapsed. (Let that be a lesson to me!) It has some very nice updated features including the small reach through door. That door has some quirks that take some getting used to. You cant push items on the lower shelves too far back or they push the door open and it catches on the inside of the refrigerator with a loud BANG. I would worry about the opportunity for long term damage on this part because the leverage you can put on the door is a lot of force for this plastic part. The variable speed drive inverter compressor is becoming a standard way of reducing energy consumption in a lot of items. The price of these drives has fallen a lot and so we see it here. Under normal conditions it makes the unit quieter. If the doors are left open for a while it ramps up and gets a little louder than the Samsung ever was. Otherwise the space is fairly well laid out. I wish there were more shelf location options though. Having the ice maker completely in the door is a nice touch. I can see the ice and there is no open hole to collect debris that would fall into my glass with the ice. So far we would buy it again.

I absolutely love this refrigerator! So spacious, and we'll thought out plan for the door shelves. I love the door in door feature. I just wished they had put and open door alarm for the outside door. Other than that, absolutely no complaints. I love being able to know what is in the freezer. Bottom drawers are not for me!
