The refrigerator works flawlessly. The temperature stays steady and their plenty of shelf space. The ice maker is one the best I've had. The otuside ofnthe frig is a fingerprint magbet so if you have child prepare to clean. The if you like hanging magnets on yout frig, they only go on the sides, not the front.

I bought this refrigerator as my other one could not be fixed . I love this this one .It is very stylish and very roomy in side . i also love the door in door as I can get my milk and juice without opening the whole door . I also really like the Black stainless steel . i have now replaced my stove to match.

This LG refrigerator/freezer has proven to be just right for our needs. The capacity is perfect - seems larger than the last one we had. I love the door-in-door feature. It's great to be able to keep often used items there. The only feature I feel could have been better designed is the water dispenser. It's in an awkward spot and takes some getting used to.

This is the best fridge I have ever purchased. Enough room to stock up for a couple of months. Especially during these times. The drawers in the fridge are big and really keep produce fresh. I love the extra door for quickly getting things rather than opening the whole fridge. I would recommend this to anyone by ending a new one.

Well, so far I like this unit. I won't give it 4 or 5 stars yet because I want to see how it lasts over even a reasonable amount of time. Had it about three months now and no problems. But that seems typical with appliances these days. I must say that I do like the door in door, but what you don't see on the photos of the unit is that it's reasonably difficult (if not impossible) to get to the items "in the door" from inside the refrigerator. There are three narrow shelves on the "door in door" that are good for short juice bottles/packets, beer bottles/cans, and the like and then there are three short shelves and one deep shelf in what I'll call the middle section. The short shelves are good for condiments and what not (no tall bottles) and the deep shelf is obviously intended to be for a gallon milk jug or the taller juice bottles. only one of the short shelves can be accessed when you have the full door open - all the rest have to be accessed from the door-in-door. So there are quite a few time when I have to access both in a single trip to get what I'm after. Another note on all the door-in-door shelving - you cannot modify the height of those shelves so they are of limited use. One other thing I find disappointing about this unit is the lack of options in the main fridge portion. Glass shelves (not non-spill, by the way) fit into channels and, therefore, only allow so many spacing options. Short of pulling out a shelf entirely, there is no good way to arrange a single tall shelf within the unit. And a note on the ice maker, since that's been my problem for a couple years... It works! It's not big, so you can't manage a party on it's output, but for regular life, it's fine. Makes ice reasonably quickly. If ice matters to you, DO NOT buy a Frigidaire. I had two of those in a row that had HORRIBLE ice makers (froze up, stopped making ice). I may rate this better when I've had a chance to make sure that I don't have issues with it in the 12 - 18 month time frame. That's when these seem to break nowadays...

I only had this fridge for a few weeks due to it not fitting in my space and was waiting for a replacement, but I would’ve loved to keep it. It is a great size and functions well for a family. The outer door is so handy for drinks and snacks. Fingerprints weren’t bad either. We had no issues with noise or anything else the few weeks we had it.

Nice unit, very big. Would give it 5 stars if it had a deli drawer. Told by LG, no drawer available to purchase. If water filter is old/bad, water will trickle out, very annoying but an easy fix. Black stainless is awesome color, can be loud at time, but not an issue.

I love the room this refrigerator offers without getting into a much bigger size or professional unit. Price was very competitive with similar models. Shelves are flat and look like a professional restaurants, offer lots of room. Only negative is the extra door for cold drinks doesn't close automatically like the big doors - you have to remember to push them shut.

So far this refrigerator has been excellent. It was easy to setup and I like the feature of not having to open the whole fridge to grab items like milk, creamer, cream cheese, well you get the point. This extra pass thru door Kees the fridge cool and conserves energy. At first I wasn't sure about the darker slate finish, but I like not having to wipe finger prints! So far so good.

I went from a 4 door French door smart refrigerator back to this side by side. I couldn't be happier!! I feel like I have so much more room. I like that all the shelves come out easily and can all be wiped down. The ice maker works very well. Lastly I love the Black stainless steel. It does a fantastic job of masking the fingerprints. Very happy with my purchase!!!

I looked around at several stores, and decided to buy my fridge from Best Buy. I'm so glad I did! The service in the store was wonderful and the delivery - tho as difficult as I feared - the delivery guys handled it professionally and with a "can do" attitude - and cheerfully got it done! The fridge is quiet, spacious, easy to use.

So far so good.....This refrigerator is huge!! So much space to put all my items...after i put all my prior items from the old refrig. to the new, i still had a ton of space for more stuff! Ice maker is quick, and the new location of the water spout is unique and easier to fill my water bottles.

Good Refrigerator, easy to use and good storage for it to be two doors. easy to use and easy to install, the small side door helps because you do not have to use the full refrigerator door. Also when its been open or not sealed correctly, it gives you a sound to close the door

There is so much room. I can actually fit pizza in the freezer. The shelves are easily removed for cleaning. The lighting is amazing. I love being able to lock the doors and ice maker so if the door is left open and alarm sounds and little kids can’t jist go and play in water and ice. The only issue I have is it didn’t come filled.

I love the refrigerator. It is more roomy for storage of frozen foods with the ice on the door. We thought it may be a challenge because the ice holder is smaller. However, we have not had an issue with ice. the extra door on the outside to reach items used frequently does need some attention when closing to insure it is completely closed. In the six week period we have had the refrig that is the only flaw.

At first glance, this refrigerator looks like a good value, and does offer some innovation with the double door on the refrigerator side (which lets you access your bottled water and other smaller items without opening the entire refrigerator side). This is one of the things that attracted us to this refrigerator, but there is a "catch" . . . . Literally! You must use care and caution each and everytime you close (and hopefully latch) the door. It's not like a regular door, where you can just "push it" and walk away. You must carefully close and latch the door, each and every time and confirm that it is shut. You must teach all family members, or anyone who would potentially open/close the door of this requirement, or . . . . Guess what? The door won't close, and if unattended over a weekend, all of the food in your refrigerator AND FREEZER will thaw and spoil and you will be throwing out lots of food. Additionally, this smaller water bottle compartment doesn't seem to keep the water bottles as cold as in the main refrigerator compartment, bummer! So it's a trade off. If you like the convenience (and hopefully energy savings) of having a double compartment door, this might be a good choice. Don't expect your water bottles to be very cold, and be sure to teach your family members to get into the habit of checking the outside door for secure closing.

I am loving our new fridge. Every once in a while, it will make a little noise here and there with the ice refilling, but other than that, it’s very quiet. I love the extra door and storage space in the front. I can’t complain about any of it.
