I absolutely love my fridge, there’s so many great things to say about it, but the door in door is absolutely MY FAVORITE!! I’m a HUGE coffee drinking and my family drinks a lot of 2litters, the fridge was constantly wide open and shut repeatedly just for creamer & soda. NOW instead the door in door is used mostly leaving the main compartment inside the fridge to stay cold and keep my food inside at a more constant temperature. Cons- 1) the outside is horrible to keep clean, I wish I could of bought ‘touch less’ the better model but it was sold out 2) the installers left plastic and stickers on the fridges outside surfaces that we didn’t notice until too late and they had already left marks on some outside surfaces of fridge. Ugh

Has been great for us! Great space, cools and freezes awesomely, and the little front door is extremely useful. Super recommend!

When they pulled plastic off door is all scratched up !!! They brought out another door and it was scratched and dented. Said they were going to order a new door but I haven’t heard back ???

This fridge has it all. The door in the door has a lot more room than you would think. The drawers are just the right sizes. The ice maker is completely in the door so the shelf space in the freezer is twice as big as I have ever had. I bought one for my Mom and a few months later I bought my own.

I believe this is the best refrigerator I've ever had. It is huge inside, perfect high shelves, great ice machine inside, and the separate alf dor is really perfect for drinks and other things, without opening the entire door and lose cold air, saving money in energy.

This is an awesome stylist refrigerator with great performance and i definitely recommend this product. The door in door space makes it unique and help create extra room for drinks. It creates alot of ice in a short amount of time.

It's a great buy! I like the fact that it's door-in-door. I didn't give it a 5 because I don't like the bottom shelf on the inside refrigerator door. It's really low and not very functional, but the black stainless color is beautiful and I love the quality of the LG brand.

Great capacity; love the half door for easy access to commonly used items. I didn’t know how cold our old fridge WASN’T! Only down side is we need one more drawer (one for meat and tofu, one for cheese, and one for fruits and veggies).

I was tempted to go with another brand and am happy I did not. This fridge is awesome. The temperatures stay true to the LED screen. There is plenty of room. For once, I can say I have a fridge ice maker that actually works - and well. And the "Thru-the-Door" feature is extremely handy.

We love the door-in-door feature and cannot believe how much room we have. We had a counter-depth fridge and worried this would seem too large in our kitchen. We really don't notice a difference and all the extra room is completely worth it! Best Buy was great!

The door-in-door is used all the time when you have family that likes to get cold drinks out of the frig. Side-by-side is good if you keep plenty of frozen food and what it easy to organize and at a convenient height. Plenty of room in the frig side for a family of four.

We've only had it for a month, overall we like it a lot. Some things I wish I knew before purchasing was how to install the water line, I don't feel that the Best Buy representatives knew exactly what I needed to do so I think it would have been best to get someone to check out the area first before buying the refrigerator fortunately my wife and I figured it out. Initially it did make quite a bit of noise when it was making ice, I think one night it woke me up cuz I thought there was an explosion. After working out the initial kinks, it's been really good for this month it's really spacious and keeps everything really cold and has some pretty neat features like the alarm and extra space for storing sodas and other beverages in the front door.

I spent hours researching prior to deciding on this frig. It has met all my expectations. Is very quiet, spacious, plenty of storage nooks and crannies. I especially love the ability to open only a part of the refrigerator. Saves energy when a grandchild is around!! I can find nothing to complain about.

I love the fridge but wish the levels of the shelves were different..not a lot of space to put tall items. Also the hidden door is Great but you have to be careful what you put in the doors or it won't close.we still love all the space and his hidden door and the Icemaker is amazing!!

When shopping for new appliances one needs to be careful of what they look for and with this I found exactly what I needed. Easy to set up and easy to clean. The door in door is a huge plus makes access to items that are used the most often very easy.

My existing GE Profile fridge was less then 5 years old and multiple things on the fridge broke. We decided to get a bigger Fridge and LG Door in door fridge works great for us. The door in door features lets you get the important items quickly. Also, we now have more space for leftovers & more food

I love the door in door it’s great for milk condiments and frees the inside of the LG refrigerator. Ice maker container is a bit small but well worth the extra space inside freezer All in all it’s a great buy Very happy with my LG fridge

I want to start off by saying that we do love this refrigerator. It's gorgeous, quiet, we love the split door for frequently used items, and installation was fast and simple. I see a lot of complaints about the water angled out beyond the drip pan, hence getting water on the floor. We've had no such issues. It you hold the glass for 1/2 a second after removing pressure from the switch, instead of just quickly jerking it away, you get no water in your floor. The drip pan does slide out a little to catch the water though, if you want to do that when guests are using it. No big deal, really. Now for my gripe. I would love to have given this 5 stars, but exactly 2 days after our new fridge was delivered, we noticed the freezer was no colder than the fridge side (even though it was set to 0) and it still hadn't made ice. We called customer service...several times over several days. The self diagnostic said there was nothing wrong. Customer service literally kept having us, "Unplug it, wait 2 minutes, then plug it back in again." They then would say, "Don't open the doors for 6 hours. And, oh yeah, set the fridge to 34 & the freezer to - 4 and never change it." What? Anyway, a week of that and we went in to kinda gripe to Best Buy. Now LG wanted to repair our brand new fridge and the way I saw it I just spent $2000 on a reman. We didn't purchase the geek squad plan, but Best Buy hooked us up anyway. Called it a lemon. They took is around helping to find another fridge, but ultimately talked is back into this one because even though we did have a bad experience, they have the, "least amount of issues with the LG refrigerators than any other brand." They paid to pick up, deliver, and reinstall a replacement in 5 days time(and it only took that long because that was the next available delivery time open.) We love it. One more thing....by the time we got our new fridge, the refrigerated side failed too. It got up to 60 by the delivery date. We lost a couple hundred dollars worth of product. If we had purchased the geek squad plan the first time it would have paid for that too. We bought it the second time! They just don't make these things like they used to.

I’ve use this refrigerator for approximately one month and have to say I am loving it. The door in door feature is so useful and convenient. The ice maker is extremely quiet. Both the freezer and refrigerator lights provide a fabulous amount of light so items are easily spotted.

I recommend this fridge. If you want a fridge with a lot of room this is your fridge! Lots of room in the fridge and freezer, brightly lit. Outer door is great for snacks for the kids. We got our fridge in the black stainless and it hardly shows the finger prints
