I like the idea of the ice maker is on the which allow more room in the freezer. I am loving the through door it is so convenient to put the items you use regular there and you can just grab it

Our very refrigerator finally died as I was recovering from surgery, so our only option was to purchase one online-site unseen! Scary! We finally chose the side-by-side with the door that opens for our most used items. It works just great! Adjustable shelves make it easy for US to decide what we want to put on what shelf. Our only disappointment is the lack of a dedicated butter slot. Customer service and delivery were spectacular! Very good job, Best Buy! Thank you, thank you!

This is a beautiful fridge when it worked. I loved the door in door feature. The fridge had a lot of nice features. However the compressor blew in less than three years. All of a sudden I noticed water dripping to the floor and all the food was spoiled. Luckily I had the geek squad warranty and they took care of a new fridge. The warranty process itself took a month and was painful but that's a separate issue. I finally bought the exact same fridge because there weren't any other choices out there within my budget.

Well worth the purchase. The options on this fridge really make it stand out. The additional door opening allows you to access items on the door without opening the full door. Very roomy with lots of storage space.

This refrigerator is wonderful, specifications were accurate. Lots of space inside. The water dispenser is in a convenient location so you can use any type of bottle to fill which has been great for the sports jugs we need to fill.

this refrigerator is very big along with having a special door where you can separate and store more things.

This is an outstanding model refrigerator for the price. I like the door within a door for frequently used items such as beverages to avoid the loss of cold air in the main box. The digital controls on the front panel are great. Controls the ice and temperature of the refrigerator and freezer. Only drawbacks I have found are the water in the door shoots a little outward, so if you don't have a glass ready it shoots out in the floor rather down the drain. The other thing is you have to be careful to make sure the door within the door is closed. It does not shut firmly.

Icemaker is so good if you don't use it often enough it will freeze up--- other than that we are very happy. Door in door is a great concept for you must remember to make sure it's closed

This fridge is roomy and the the easy access door is brilliant. Now we have room for all of our sauces, condiments and beverages with plenty of room inside to spare. Highly recommend

Great refrigerator for those that want a nice water and ice dispensing refrigerator without all the silly extra technology. I really like the door in door option for drinks and snacks. Great option with kids in house. The only aspect that gave me issue was the power cord and electrical panel come out the top and don't appear to count in the overall listed height of the refrigerator. It was listed as the same height as my old one but I had to cut my cabinets down about half an inch and flatten the electrical panel on top of the refrigerator to get it to fit. Add about an inch to the listed height when you measure your house. Still a great refrigerator so far.

Great fridge. It has lots of space. Love the double door on the refrigerator side, It holds all of our condiments perfectly. The temperature inside is exactly what it says it is.

Have had this for a month, and by far is the best Fridge I've ever had. Very quiet, and the water is always cold dispensed. Love the dual door system with the quick entrance to drinks and refreshments. Very recommended product.

Love how the ice maker is on the door itself instead of the freezer shelf allowing for more room for my items. But my favorite thing is the little door on the fridge- so much easier to just open it and grab my items

I have had it for a few days now and I am loving it. I don't think it is very noisy as other reviews have written. Except when the ice dumps, it is loud and the dogs bark. But they will get use to it in time. The ice cubes are about half the size of the cubes that my 27 year old unit made. There does need to be more adjustment options for the refrigerator shelves. Milk does fit on the top shelf, barely. Loving the door in a door feature. So far very happy with the purchase. Set up and delivery from best buy was great.

It is amazing!!!. I like side-by-side refrigerator with thru-the door ice and water. It is enough space and the front door help me to be very organized.

I love my new fridge. It is very spacious and I love the peek a boo door. All condiments go in there for easy access. I would absolutely purchase again.

Good refrigerator so far. Had it a couple weeks after extensive reviews homework. Consumer Reports showed this as the 6th best refrigerator for 2021 even though LG has a class action lawsuit against them for the linear compressor. Rolling the dice because I love the door in door and the space it provides me with the door in door feature. The front of the unit is not magnetic which sucks and the shelf adjustments are minimal. I’m not so sure about the ice/water dispensers because 2 buttons and delivery points isn’t necessary. That being said it’s a pretty unit and keeps up with my family.

The only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is because we had to have it replaced immediately. After the first delivery we noticed a puddle of water below the fridge. It was Leaking pretty good. When I called customer service they advised me it was probably defective and they would replace it. However it took an additional week to replace when we waited over a week to get it in the first place. Since getting our replacement it has been fantastic. Very spacious an everything is working great. Also I must say that the customer service representative I spoke to was great.

This fridge is amazing it’s so roomy and gives us so much room for our groceries,, the easy open door is amazing to grab something really quick

The door in door feature is convenient for my 4 kids, but the small door doesn't latch on to the big door easily. You have to push firmly to get it to latch on. With 4 kids and lots of activities I often find they haven't pushed it shut. They all know to do this, but it still happens. The shelve spacing is horrible compared to my last fridge. This I did not look into before purchasing. There are only a few preset shelf insert positions, where my old fridge you could make very minor adjustments and place shelves anywhere you want. We had to remove two shelves because the spacing between them wasn't adequate enough. One in the door and the other in the main fridge compartment.
