Even quieter than the 11 year old LG with French doors it replaced-which is too say-I don't hear any noise unless I'm dispensing ice!! Bare in mind, this unit was out-of-the-box-(couldn't be on display due to box only damage) and therefore we saved $499.00 !!!

Awesome refrigerator! Looks stunning in our kitchen and works amazing. Love the adjustable shelves and the thur-door, which i didn't think we needed but now can't live without since it makes grabbing quick items like milk or butter a snap without having to open the entire frig. my first LG major appliance and so far very very happy with it.

Ordered 2 weeks in advance and got it delivered timely. Got text messages in advance and the refrigerator was installed within 15 minutes. Love the door in door on frig side. Also freezer makes smaller ice cubes, which make my drinks cooler faster.

We love the capacity of this refrigerator! The storage is great, especially the door in door features.

There are 3 design flaws. The 1st is just frustrating, the other 2 are serious. 1st: The placement of the water spout relative to the placement of the ice spout and the drain is counter-intuitive. The water comes out at the top and spurts towards you, the ice comes out at the bottom and the ice spout is recessed. The drain won’t catch the water because the drain is recessed under the ice spout. Every other ice maker refrigerator I have had puts the ice and water spouts side by side and the water spout over the drain. Everyone who gets water from my refrigerator is perplexed at first. They expect the water spout to be over the drain. Sometimes they figure it out but most of the time I have to show them. 2d: The outer door to the compartments inside the door does not shut unless you push it shut. It is not weighted enough to shut on its own. Many times I have discovered that the outer door has been open for hours unknown to anyone defeating the whole purpose of this feature. Weighting the door so it shuts on its own may not be feasible or possible but at a minimum LG could add an alert similar to the alert you get when the main door to the fridge is ajar. 3rd: Water keeps flowing for a couple of seconds after you stop pressing for water. This would not matter except the drain is recessed at the bottom under the ice spout. You stop pressing for water, remove your glass and water spurts out onto the floor. It happens every time and it takes awhile to get used to it. Guests = water on the floor.

Overall pretty good fridge, good features and seems to work well. Only minor issues I have is the spacing on the shelves on middle door don't seem fit our most popular items. That could just be us. As for the water and ice I just wish the water came out a little faster. I'll try some different filters but it's a bit slow for the big cups of water I like to refill multiple times a day.

I'm in love with my new LG refirgerator/freezer ! The door-in-door feature is ideal for my children who often open the fridge for snacks. I highly recommend this type and model !

We are senior couple and just bought our house recently. LG side by side regrigerator is the perfect one for our needs. Very happy and satisfied.

I love it. The only down side is how much it comes out from the countertop. It’s at least a good 7 inches past the counter. The area that keeps drinks cold in the front opening is t as cold as the fridge. When I set it to colder, the veggies start to freeze.

Love my new refrigerator. Elegant and versatile. Blends in perfectly with my other appliances. Really nice having the extra door for beverages. Just what we needed for our teenage boys.

The refrigerator is great. Plenty of spaces. Of course we bought ours as an open box, so it had dents, but it was fine with us.

It’s very spacious. I love the small front opening, it’s very convenient for the quick access to milk and small items.

We are in love with this new refrigerator! My kids think the “magic door” is the greatest thing ever. There is so much room inside and the ice/water dispensers work great!

I love this refrigerator. The door-in-door is exceptional, as well as the thru-the-door ice and water system.

Its a great fridge however we only bought this fridge because this was the only one that fit in our kitchen since they did a built in space with certain dimensions. Coming from owning a Larger french door fridge, I have a huge problem with the space and this fridge is very narrow, but it cools and freeezes veryyy well I can’t complain about that, its just the slender build that I have an issue with

So far very nice prodcut! It works very well, I am still a little concerned about the front door not closing unless you push it closed. So make sure it is closed or it will stay open for hrs when you are at work..
