I chatted with the store personnel and they referred me to the geek squad. I chatted with them as well, and was told there’s nothing else I could do in the day with set up an appointment for me and gave me a link to go to. So I went to that link and I got another geek squad person. I finally called them and after being put on hold for several minutes about five or six times, I was told that the guy will call me back and it’s been about four hours, because he had to talk to somebody in that department. I am very distressed and I don’t know what to do. I have had this refrigerator for about a month.

We have no complaints about it - we don't use the knock knock feature that much but LOVE having the easy-access door for milk and quick -grab items like yogurts and juice boxes. The depth is perfect (bigger than counter depth but not quite full size depth).
