    We had this installed while we await our kitchen update and having it has made all the difference. We have no complaints about it - we don't use the knock knock feature that much but LOVE having the easy-access door for milk and quick -grab items like yogurts and juice boxes. The depth is perfect (bigger than counter depth but not quite full size depth).

    Just do a quick search for Samsung freezer issues and you will be amazed on how many issues they have on them. It’s on all their models being that they use all the same freezer. My wife and I returned all our Samsung items for LG.
