I choose LG products for their innovation but this one falls short. Right door has limited swing, it also closes on you. Shelves in door are too small and can't adjust to you level. This model misses the mark

Ice maker inside of refrigerator is very hard to open. My door for the ice maker was stuck and hard to open. Likely I didn’t break the handle. It now opens a little easier but at times it is hard to open. I’m always afraid I’m going to break my handle. I do love my refrigerator though!

Can not adjust shelves to a correct height to handle or stuff. Glass door is pretty much useless to me looks good but this is all. Top little shelf to little of space to get things into it double ice maker one in door and one in freezer is great

We are loving it so far. The delivery team was incredible. We were worried it might not fit through the doors but they were complete professionals and got it in without any problems. Very satisfied.

We really like the fridge. It really keeps the food and drinks cold!! The only thing that we could complain about is that you have to push the ice and water buttons twice to make it work. Once is to wake up the display and then a second time to select ice or water. We we shouldn’t have to do this.

Have purchased LG many times ranging from TV’, to washer dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator. We purchased this when we purchased our new home and left our old one at the old house. We purchased this based on our past experiences and the durability.

My wife and I had been to several stores looking for a new Refrigerator and the options were few. Best Buy had the biggest selection . The sales clerk was a great help making our selection. We both are very happy with our new refrigerator .

Love this fridge. Love the view door. It was delivered fast and the delivery guys were quick and friendly. The only criticism I would have is there is no room for 2 liter sodas to stand up. They would have to lay on the side. I just switch to cans it’s easier for me.

They refused to take away my old fridge, fist claiming it would cause "heavy damage" then claiming the valve was broken. I was OK with the damage, so they made another excuse. I turned off the water to my home, showed them both that the valve worked and that there was no water coming in and they still refused.

I’ve only had my refrigerator for a short time, but love it so far. The only feature I’m disappointed with is water and ice on door is all one feature and needs to be changed each time you use it. My previous model had separated water and ice features.

A little nervous in the beginning, be patient it takes a good few hours to get cold. Once it does great fridge. Happy with the purchase.
