Great refrigerator! Have had it for just under a month now. The door in door feature is pretty handy and I love thatvit has both filtered water and ice, but also that it creates ice in boththe door and the freezer. The other refrigerator I was looking at just had filtered water, which makes zero sense. Despite having the ice dispenser in the door, there is still plenty of space for everything and the air filter keeps all of those smells from blending together or tainting other food. If you buy one and have it delivered, make sure to look at it on the truck and see if its upright (like it should be transported), if not, then you have to let it sit upright for at least 24 hours to let the refrigerant settle. I have a feeling those people that had issues with their's, this could be a possible reason. I originally ordered one from Home Depot, but they didn't even want to attempt to get it through the door. Glad I did because it was sitting on the truck on its back, which is another no, no. Anyways, if it's transported right, you should have a great fridge to enjoy.

So far do good! We have had this refrigerator for about a month and we love it. It's more spacious than the Samsung ones since the filters do not take up as much space. I didn't realized how much I would use the InstaView door in door as much as I would. It is oddly more useful than what you would assume. Especially later at night when the lights are off. It stays clean and I do believe it does keep my fruits and vegetables fresher than the normal refrigerator would. Easy to keep clean. Love how easy it is to put on and take off the shelves. Would recommend to anyone. The only snag would be getting use to have the freezer at the bottom. You have to be more precise with how you sort your frozen foods and where you place them. If on the top of the shelf it will be colder since it is next to the ice.

This thing is quiet. the design is perfect. produces more than enough ice. price is decent. the door-in-door is very convenient and most times i can see through the glass without turning tapping for the light. just don't forget to install the water filter when you get it. the filter is given to you separately and is not a spare. i had the model before this and i can tell you LG has made significant improvements towards convenience with this model.

This is our first LG brand kitchen appliance and the design overall is very well done. There's plenty of room in the fridge portion with the very slim ice maker in the door. Shelves are easily adjustable. Theres also a second ice maker in the bottom freezer which can be shutoff to provide more room for food items. Its very quiet running, easy to clean and spacious. The door in door is convenient for items you use often rather than opening the entire fridge door. Acces to water and air filter are well thought out to change when needed. The only thing to complain about would be the time it takes to make ice and small size of the ice cubes compared to our last fridge.

Nice refrigerator (but pricey!). Set temp to 37, but bottles of water on top shelf kept freezing. Solution? Don't keep water on top shelf, because freezer cools fridge (did you know that about refrigerators?) using a vent that runs horizontally across the top. Good for heavier cold air to fall, but bad for anything in front of that vent. Oh, and the pushbutton for the see-through door was damaged, so between these two issues, have already had to invoke warranty support (which, BTW, was quick and easy, once I registered the fridge on lg.com).

This refrigerator is very spacious in both the refrigerator and freezer sections. Excellent Refrigerator with instaview door that allows to see what is inside the fridge before opening it and that saves on electricity. The instaview illumates with just two small knocks and It is energy star fridge with dual ice maker. Got it for a great price and on time delivery from Best Buy.

Have had this for a few weeks. Everything works great. No issues. Ice makers make plenty of ice. The easy access door is very useful for drinks, etc. Plenty of room. Same dimensions as my old Samsung, but seems to be more room due to the ice maker being in door. Have had no issues. Best Buy delivery was on time and they did a great job. The delivery team was amazing.

Great , spacious refrigerator. Quality built, nothing on this refrigerator feels cheap or easy to break. Would highly recommend it to anyone that's looking to upgrade their current kitchen with a sleek , modern designed fridge.

LOTS of room inside the fridge! We love knocking on the door to see what is inside! The only time you hear any noise is when the ice dumps or the water refills. Oh yes! There is a little 3 tone alarm when a door has been open for about 30 seconds. We also love the convenience of the second ice maker in the freezer.

Granted it’s only been 1 week since BB delivered and my husband installed, but so far we are super impressed. The unit cooled quickly after 3-4 hours after we set it up. We had an existing water line from our last fridge that we used, but still ran several pitchers of water out before using the water. The ice took longer to work. Basically the next morning, we dumped what ice it had made (will taste funny if you don’t). After that we were good to go on all levels. It runs so quietly that we questioned if it was even working. The only sound we ever hear is when it’s dumping ice. Both fridge and freezer are at ideal temps. The door-in-door feature works superbly as well. After reading reviews I questioned whether we should put dairy in it, but it does indeed work as stated. Everything in that door is perfectly cool. Another thing we worried about with reviews is if it would put out enough ice for us. Having come from an old school side-by-side with the huge ice maker - yes! We were worried! But again - we’ve never run out of the top ice maker and only occasionally use the bottom ice maker. Overall we are super satisfied!

Gotta say one of the best refrigerators we have owned. Very user friendly. Very quiet and the double ice location is great for a family of 5. Very spacious with all the storage options you could need. We did a lot of research before buying this one and actually made a huge mistake with another brand.

Spacious with movable shelves for bigger items. Love being able to tap on the door to see what essentials I have in the refrigerator! The freezer is very spacious with plenty of room for all of your normal frozen stuff and more. I love the slim ice maker and mini ice cubes!!

The refrigerator works great and I love all the space inside. The dual ice makers are "the bomb". I like the "knock-knock" light feature on the door in door. I recommend this unit to anyone who is looking to upgrade/replace their current unit.

This refrigerator has more space than I thought it would plenty of room. The convenience glass door is a nice feature getting to your most used items is a breeze. Having an upper and lower ice maker is a plus especially if you are entertaining.

It has only been about 3 weeks, but I am loving my door in door refrigerator. It looks beautiful, it's spacious, and has 2 ice makers. The one on the door makes small perfect pieces, and the bottom ice maker produces ones that are a bit larger; best of both worlds. The shelves are adjustable to the height you need. Best buy/geek squad installers were awesome.

Runs QUIET and efficiently. it has 2 ice makers that worked within 2 hours of initial start up and makes plenty of ice. we use a lot of it here. Although the one in the freezer on this model doesn't make "craft" ice it produces Well. The ice/water dispenser requires 2 pushes to change from water to ice (a quirk as the last button pushed is almost always water and the first button pushed is almost always ice. Why 2 pushes, one to activate it and one to change it?) The middle shelf doesn't slide back making room for larger bottles (a quirk) The right door doesn't shut by itself at 30 degrees as advertised. (I'm thinking an instillation/adjustment quirk) Otherwise a beautiful functional addition to our kitchen. because it is smaller than our last fridge we decided to invoke the satisfaction guarantee and opt to get the 29.7 cu/ft model with better features. Something Best Buy made Very Easy to do. Thank you very much!

This is such a great refrigerator! It’s spacious for our family of 4. We thought the see-through door was going to be a gimmick initially, but we find ourselves using it daily. Love the extra ice in the freezer. So handy! A bit pricy, but it is worth the investment.
