I like the size. The door in door I thought I was going to hate but I find it helpful. But because of that the door doesn’t open as wide. Biggest flaw is the water dispenser panel. The words aren’t lit up. So if press for water the only thing that lights up is a little slit telling you it’s on. You have to remember where water or ice is because the words don’t light up like all the other refrigerators. It’s very odd to see.

We have has the refrigerator for about three weeks now. We have no complaints at all. The compressor is so quiet that I can’t hear it run. Having two ice makers is such a good choice. Tapping on the out side of the refrigerator and the inside light comes on is a bonus but don’t use it much. We really like being able to open the outside door without opening the main door. I couldn’t be happier at this point.

Bought it 3 weeks ago to replace a Samsung, which had been a huge disappointment. The Insta View door is nice, but I was really attracted by the short cabinet height. The reviews had made me concerned about keeping the unit cool enough, especially the door in the door, but so far it has not been a problem. This is my first true French door frig and I really like the wide shelves that make it very easy to store trays and platters. I have heard good things about LG appliances and hope for a long-term relationship.

I bought this refrigerator in August 20 21 after the storm I already had an LG and loved it but the storm blew it out so I purchased this one I am not happy with this refrigerator water icemaker dispenser keeps tripping white stuff and when you wake up every morning it is I have dripped and leaves residue everywhere we have change the filters three times because we went to Best Buy and they said Maybe it was a defective filter so they gave us one then we purchased another problem not resolve worried we are drinking that in our water we keep calling LG and Best Buy with no response hopefully no one gets sick that’s refrigerator is under a year old I have never had this problem with any other refrigerator

The dual ice makers are great and the ice bin in the freezer holds a lot of ice cubes! The glass door is perfect for holding the common items you use often, milk, butter, juice, snacks for the kids or other items. The bins there are very spacious too, each layer can hold an entire 12 pack soda, though the top tier might be a little short. The glass shelves in the fridge itself are strong and the French door style makes it easy to organize and find everything.

I choose this model for the dual ice maker, which is fantastic. This model has tons of room in it We love this unit. I highly recommend this LG model. I think this is the best fridge we have had for use of space etc. Makes loads of ice with the dual ice maker. another great feature is the large ice/water dispenser that allows you to get a large cup or pitcher in it. didnt realy care that it had the front access door with glass but now I realize how handy it is.

The new LG French door refrigerator replaces a 15-year-old Whirlpool side-by-side. The layout of the French door model provides storage space that is more easily accessed than the side-by-side model. This LG is very quiet! The dual ice makers provide more than enough ice for four people. The ice is cube-shaped in both ice makers and both work very well. The door-in-door feature is useful for quick access to beverages and other items that are used more frequently.

We upgraded our old refrigerator with this one. We have had LG products and have seen their quality. We like the ice dispenser on the door as well as the additional ice maker in the freezer. We also like and use frequently the insta-view door to get out what we use frequently. The button to open it is on the front of the handle so you don't inadvertently open it if you don't want to use it. We've had it a month now are enjoying its convenience.

We earlier had a GE profile which we repaired twice and got sick of it so wanted a new refrigerator. The first thing we noticed about this machine was the space, it is really spacious! As compared to the GE profile, this one has at least 2 fold more space to put in stuff. And we have used it only for a month or so, have not had any problems and it cools stuff really well. The InstaView function is really great. Overall a super buy!

Our family loves this refrigerator! It's really nice not to have to open the door of the refrigerator, look for what you wanted and waste cool air and energy anymore. The knock twice glass window option allows for our kiddos to look before they open AND if they just want something from one of the door shelves, the door has the option of just opening to access what's on the door shelves and not having to open the whole door saving cool air and energy! We never run out of ice either because this refrigerator comes with dual ice dispensers. Lastly, this refrigerator has lots of room for food. We are a family of four and this LG refrigerator is always fully stocked with food and yet still has plenty of room for leftovers too.

Love this design! Perfect storage space and sleek ice maker!

I like the refrigerator a lot. it has lots of space and is well lit and well designed. My only complaint is when you unbox it there are lots of little pieces of tape holding shelves in place. It took 30 minutes to figure out where all of the tape was and how to get it off. Other than that it’s a great fridge. The knock knock window is essentially useless but I like gadgets so I consider it a feature.

Was a bit skeptical initially with this unit but have thus far enjoyed the dual ice makers (after they get up and running, they produce quite an amount of ice) and the InstaView feature is pretty nifty. Only downside so far is that the unit can be a bit loud and it is quick to chime/ping you if the door is open too long. Has a ton of storage capacity too!

We love the design and access ability to the outer compartments. The outer door opens without opening the entire fridge which allows you access to items that you use more often. Also love the extra tray of ice in the freezer compartment along with the normal ice dispenser on the left front door. Gotta love the additional space provided due to the ice maker being located on the door.

Very quiet, spacious, with 2 icemakers. Just what I needed! I trust LG for reliability all the way.

Very pleased with this fridge. The instaview is great, we have 2 gallons of milk at the bottom, mini cans at the top and regular spirit bottles along with water bottles in the middle. Very spacious overall and the slide and glide is great as well! Have it stocked with all meats and cheeses!! The bottom is pretty large too. No issues with ice making or anything, I definitely recommend it!!

So far we are very pleased with the purchase. We both love the door in door feature as well as the dual ice makers. It has plenty of room for our family. We have only had the unit for 3 weeks and hopefully it will continue to give us good service over the coming years and prove to be reliable and free of repairs.

Stacey (Best Buy at the Forums in Selma, TX) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she really took the time with us to explore our options both financially and for our lifestyle. Our refrigerator is great, it's everything we wanted and more, it's spacious, and we really like the wifi and see through door, that was all my husband, I thought it was dumb...but now I see the benefits LOL!
