We bought this refrigerator in May of 2021. Love the size, the lighting, and the external water feature. The only issue I had was the 1 of my water filters was slightly leaky and dripped water into the fridge. Considering it only happened once in inclined to believe it was an issue with the filter, not the fridge. The added bonus is that this mode with the door-in-door with glass display was cheaper than the model without the glass.

The manager(Connor) of the store is amazing! Very respectful and helpful. He is the only reason we didn’t sale of gift card for cash. We have been having a five year issue with our fridge and Geek squad. Connor convinced us to please give him a shot at gaining our trust so we listened to him and he earned it. After all of his hard work, the delivery team completely screwed up, they broke the door on the new fridge, they left garbage and tracked mud from their moving dolly and their shoes. They didn’t explain anything to my wife and didn’t clean up after themselves. Completely undid all the amazing work Connor did.

Great frig; lots of space and well organized. More storage than our older French door frig. Water and ice dispenser works great!

So far we love this fridge. The only draw back we have had is the right door doesn't stay open, it closes on it self which can get annoying. However, it is beautiful and we hope it works for a good while.

We've only had this a week but we love it so far. The door in the front is awesome for quick-grab drinks and it is the quietest refrigerator. We love it!

This fridge has a ton of space since one of the ice makers is in the door. We go through a lot of ice, so we really need that 2nd ice maker in the bottom freezer drawer.

This fridge is awesome, love the door in door and dual ice makers. Lots of shelf space and very adjustable for different size jugs & bottles.

So much space in the fridge and the double ice maker is great as I have 3 kids who play sports and we are constantly filling water bottles.

I recently purchased this refrigerator and I absolutely love everything about it. The refrigerator temperature is at 37 degrees and it is perfect. It keeps all of my items in my refrigerator fresh, including fruit and vegetables. The ice maker is the best and it being dual is a life saver. Whenever I need quick ice, I can just grab it with a cup from the bottom drawer. Thank you Best Buy delivery services for installing my refrigerator and making it look so easy. So pleased with my purchase!

Love the new fridge.......beautiful, quiet, more then enough space. So much better then our previous Samsung.

We love this fridge. It is incredibly spacious and beautiful. We utilize the dual ice makers and drink door. It is perfect.

Has been a great fridge for the last year and a bit now, no issues, works flawlessly and is efficient. Especially like the door in door for common items, don't have to let all the cold out just to get a gallon of milk out!

The water comes out much quicker than our old Kitchen Aid. Like the dual ice bins and the insta view door.

This is the third LG refrigerator I have purchased (for different locations) and they work well. I had to align the door myself because when it was delivered to my parents, they didn't check it. I kinda think the glass door is a novelty. The other 2 LG fridges I purchased don't have the door and I don't miss it. I like the LG ones over Samsung. However, the air filter is difficult to change the first time, and third-party water filters don't fit as nicely as the LG filters.

The LG 26 cu ft French InstaView Door-in-Door with Wifi and dual ice makers is a very nice refrigerator. The appearance and functionality is excellent. The Air filter and water filters are easy to access and improve the air freshness and water taste quite well. The door in door feature with instaview is very handy for accessing frequently used items. However, the only complaint we have is that there is limited flexibility with the shelf adjustments. There is no adjustment possible to the Door-in-Door area shelves. Aside from the limitations that the shelving configuration offers, the rest of the refrigerator is excellent. We would still highly recommend this product.

This was a replacement for a dead LG refrigerator. Our home warranty paid us to get a new one. Love the glass door to see what’s inside the front section. The double ice makers insure we never run out of ice. So far so good. The first one they delivered had a problem with door in a door latch. They told us to go ahead and use it until another new refrigerator could be delivered. The new unit works correctly.

Love the big glass on the right. And its very spacious inside. With 2 ice makers, you will never run out of ice once it has started making ice.
