I would say this is more of a 4.5. Fridge is a nice size. Feels very solid. Temperature never fluctuates. Super quiet. Craft ice is a plus. Connecting to app is a nice extra feature to control a few things like making ice and monitoring functionality. The only flaw that I have come across over the last year of use is the handle design. The handles are inside the doors when handles are normally outside of the doors and easy to grab. The handles take a lot of getting used to especially for the younger ones. Their hands are always all over the doors because of the placement of the handles. We also do not use the knock feature as much as we thought we would but it does add to the design of the fridge. I still would recommend this item.

This fridge is awesome!!!!! I saw someone complain it’s not a door in door fridge, but if you just do a bit of reading before you buy you will see that this isn’t a feature of this fridge. So know before you buy, but the instaview is awesome!!! Craft ice is cool, and the UV light feature for the water dispenser was just what I need to convince my fiancé this is the fridge we needed. It’s quiet too, quieter than our old fridge for sure. The only feedback I would like to give LG is different lighting positioning inside the unit. Let me explain, the light is great and lights up the whole fridge/freezer. But inside the freezer, we like to keep pizzas on the top shelf. The boxes block out most of the light to the bottom of the freezer. It’s really just a nitpick if I had anything I would change about the fridge because it’s not a big deal at all, but our old fridge had the lighting on the side so we did not have that problem. So yea, 11/10 buy this fridge. I look forward to flexing that craft ice maker to my friends anytime the come over

Excellent refrigerator LG 27 cubic foot we had a Samsung refrigerator the air compressor is behind the ice machine and we never had day one! So July of 2024 I purchased a LG 27 CUBIC FOOT refrigerator I believe it's the best investment I've had in a long time it holds over 2 and 1/2 cases of pop on the first shelf alone 4 gallons of milk you can't beat it buy it it's well worth it you will not be sorry LG you did it you really did it great job I hope the thing lasts forever and if you need a fridge this is what you want to buy it's only 36 in wide this thing's a monster we love it thank you LG

I am loving my refrigerator. Fits perfectly. Craft ice dispenser works well. Tons of space in refrigerator and freezer. Black Stainless Steel is beautiful in my kitchen. Delivered quickly and precise.

We got this refrigerator a month ago and we’ve been happy with it so far. It’s an upgrade to our older fridge as it has more capacity and we just prefer the side by side freezer and refrigerator. Although we wish freezer is a little bit more wider, it still has more capacity than what we previously had, and having shelving vs bottom freezer is just easier to organize in our opinion. Ice maker is great so far with an option for cubes or crushed ice outside, or crafted ice inside the freezer. Note that the crafted ice maker can only make max of 6 round ice per day. A couple of design flaws in our observation and opinion - bottom drawers for refrigerator and freezer can’t slide all the way out unless the doors are fully open. The top glass cover can be lifted slightly, but you’d still need to be able to slide the drawers out midpoint for it to be accessible.(keep that in mind if you have cabinets on both sides and ensure that you have enough space to open the doors all the way.) And 2nd which isn’t the biggest deal but could get annoying after a while is the ice dispenser outside the refrigerator. It tend to spit out ice all over, so if your glass or container doesn’t have a wide opening, you’ll likely have bits of ice to clean up (especially when using the crushed ice option). If you can get used to the design flaws I’ve mentioned, then this is a good buy. It can be paired with the LG ThinQ app, it looks beautiful, and plenty of refrigerator space. Also got it on sale for $500 off at the time, so it was a great deal.

The refrigerator is spacious, well illuminated. And quiet! We love the dual ice makers, too. The stainless steel cabinet is lovely and doesn’t show fingerprints easily. Once installed, the cabinet quickly came down to 37 degrees while the freezer got to the expected 0 degrees. We love it!

What an amazing fridge, a lot of space, I love the fact have stainless steel inside make really easy to clean, very quiet, the craft ice is a hit with friends! Have more space than other models and look really cool in my kitchen. The instaview save a lot of money making easy to see inside without the need to open the door.

We love the special round ice that it makes. There is a lot of room in the refrigerator, and the shelves on the door are really deep. When tapping on the door from the outside, it is extremely nice to be able to see what is in the refrigerator without having to actually open the door. Make sure to make allowances for cabinets if you do have them above the refrigerator, as we did lose them due to the height of the hardware of the doors. But we still love it!!!

So far so good. It definitely looks nice for the price point. Ice machine works perfect and craft ice looks nice but slightly worse than how it looks in the photos. Refrigerator side doesn't cool the items exactly to the temp you set it to. You always need to set it lower. You set it to 30 degrees and it's 40 in there. It may be because of our outlet

Delivery and install were fantastic. Nice refrigerator. The location of the handles to open takes a little to get use to. The knock on the door to turn lights on can't be two simple taps to activate, have to really knock on it like knocking on a door, could not find anything on how to adjust that. Don't really see the value on knocking on the door to see what is inside yet. Hooked it up to my phone which is a good feature. The fridge will let you know when its time to change the water filter. I do recommend, but give 4 stars due to the opening handle location and needing to knock too hard for the light to come on. Should be two taps like when you tap your phone is my recommendation.

So far, so good. Very sleek design! This thing is MONSTEROUS! So be sure to measure the depth and width carefully. Overall, we appreciate the capacity. Sad to say that these really aren't printproof though.

This fridge has so much space. I dont mind that there isnt a deli drawer, i just bought clear plastic containers for stuff like that if i dont have room in one of the actual drawers. Love the extra ice maker for fun.

This fridge is the best fridge for me. I like that it is not that pricey compare to other fridge but it looks very elegant. I like the door that lights and you can see thru when you knock it. Furthermore, the best part is the craft ice that make this fridge different from the others. I'll recommend this to my friends and relatives.

Well what can I say about a refrigerator (it's just a fridge). Well to my surprise I seem to admire this one evertime I'm in my kitchen. Fridge is beautiful, quiet and actually a lot more space on the inside. Really love it! Would recommend.

I love my new Frig. It make the fancy round ice for your cocktails gives you 2 type of crush ice as well. Tap on the frig and it lights up to look into it. It beeps when you frig has been open too long. My husband has the smart frig on his phone which he brags about all the time. The room is the most important thing to me I love all the room.

Loving this style after having a French door style LG prior. Variety of options to organize, just make sure doors are open all the way to open the bottom drawers. Craft ice in the freezer is an excellent addition to the in-door water and ice feature. Adjustable door shelves would be an improvement.
