This was a smooth process from start to finish! The salesperson in the store was very helpful with making our choice, and setting up the delivery as well! The two gentleman that brought the refrigerator communicated their arrival time, and was very professional during the installation!

Good service and good equipment, I recommend them.

Great product but the installation was horrible paid for the installation but I ended up installing it myself due to the geek squad workers complaining about water in the pipeline when all they needed to do was drain the water out for 5 minutes after shutting off the valve also paid for haul away for old fridge and they were hard to contact I would call and they would say they will call back. It took almost a month for them to actually come by and haul away my old fridge.

We’re on our 3rd, going on our 4th of these units. 1st one the front door panel was coming off where it opens and it wouldn’t clip back into place. The 2 nd fridge had issues with the water line being extremely noisy and the front easy access door wouldn’t close properly. The 3rd was dinged while getting delivered. AND today’s winner was delivered and the door alarm or beeping sounds don’t work. It doesn’t help that LG customer support is terrible. We’ll probably switch brands since this fridge seems like junk with JUNK support. The only saving grace is that Best Buy has been responsive to swapping the units. We’re just tired of packing up the fridge and waiting for the delivery folks. What a nightmare. First LG appliance anything and it’s abysmal.

Terrible installation and it's not even 6 months old and the left fridge pops open. Having so much trouble trying to get assistance from best buy and LG.

I want to start this off by saying that due to me purchasing this fridge as an Open Box item, I love it way more than if I were to have paid full price for this. That being said here are the pros and cons. Pros: - super spacious. - sleek and modern. - door in door is a fancy feature. - nice fit for a tighter space even with how deep it measures. - super easy to take out the glass shelves/fridge door containers to clean them. - basically got a brand new fridge for 40% off retail price. Cons: - water does not come out cold from the fridge. - water/ice selector button at times is super sensitive and if you aren’t paying attention you make get the wrong thing. - small ice bin (which it says “space saving freezer design but I need a lot of ice since the water coming out isn’t cold) - only two drawers, both which have handles from the bottom and the bottom drawer is basically on the floor so you will hate getting stuff from there. - fridge door is HEAVY when you put stuff in there and opens/closes FAST. - door in door drinks aren’t that cold vs the rest of the fridge. Even with me lowering the fridge temperature a few degrees. Overall I’d definitely buy the fridge again for the open box price I got it for, but I would NOT pay retail for this fridge. Too many things a fridge should normally do for the price and the drawer design is ridiculous. Sidebar when did the meat drawer become something that became obsolete in a fridge? Now I have to buy organizers for my fridge to makeshift a meat drawer.

We’ve had the LG 27.12 cu ft refrigerator for about a month, and it’s working great! It’s large and has plenty of room for a family with four kids. Love the freezer space and the kids think the door-in-door is cool. It’s quiet and has a convenient ice and water dispenser in the door. So glad we made the purchase!

We had a door-in-door model from several years back that bit the dust so we bought this one since it had similar features. We love the door-in-door to grab quick things. This model is better in the capacity and noise. It's surprisingly quiet compared to our previous model. Would buy again and recommend to others.

Great fridge! Wonderful quality and spacious to fit everything we need. I love the design and the simplicity of it all. Also great because it’s been resilient with the kids touching it and pushing the water buttons.

Had to get a new fridge due to my old whirlpool breaking down Luckly i got the best deal for this fellow during black friday. it is very spacious and has a neet little door yoi can open without having to open the full fridge door. Only thing that was tricky when ee first got it was to get the ice machine to start working. Other then that im a happy customer.

We have had the refrigerator for about a week and we are glad we got it. The upper ref. access door is great for frequently used items. It seems to have more space than our last LG ref. (same size) and it is quieter. We like the ice maker in the freezer door to save space and love the sleek look. We were able to get the ref. in two days and delivery was great. We will see how it preforms and last as time goes on.

So far so good! I really enjoy the easy access to the most common items (milk, creamer, condiments, etc) without opening the entire door. This reduces the loss of temperature and the lighter door makes it easier to open. Even being a side-by-side, the fridge is wide enough to fit a large pizza box without turning or angling it. The water dispenser and ice maker also work nicely.

Great replacement for our old fridge. Love the ice maker in the door instead of in the freezer itself. So much extra room. And the door in front makes it so much easier to access quick things like milk or juice without opening the entire door. Plus so much room both fridge side and freezer side. All in all fantastic purchase at a great price.

This refrigerator/freezer has plenty of room, is attractive, and the door-in-door feature is a plus. We opted to not go with the upgraded model that features the quick view window and craft ice because we didn’t believe we would use it very often. We are extremely pleased with the product and Best Buy’s delivery and installation service as well.

I bought this refrigerator based on online reviews and photos (never saw in person), and I'm sure glad I did! #1, I can put magnets on it and hang my grandkids photos, #2, the shelves in the freezer are solid glass, not metal bars. My soup stock that I put in freezer bags lay nice and flat while freezing, and don't get stuck between the bars. #3, the light in the fridge illuminates slowly so you are not blinded when you open the door. Fridge is clean cut, drawers are big, ice maker and water dispenser work great, and I love the separate top door. It's nice not having door handles stick out the front too. Highly recommend!

The door-indoor side is very efficient, allowing the ease of getting to items very quickly without opening the entire refrigerator. Plenty of space and organized very well, allowing for easy placement of groceries.

Beautiful, sleek, and has plenty of room. Especially convenient is the front peek-a-boo door in the fridge. I also love that the ice maker is in the freezer door; it it makes a huge difference in the amount of room for freezer space storage.
