    Good Ice Box. Its the exchange items that is not so great. During the delivery my refrigerator door got damaged. The techs that installed/delivered took pics if the damage and provided me with a number to call (1-888-BESTBUY). Thats the inconvenient part. The hold time for that was over 1 hour. I couldn't wait that long so here I am with a ding refrigerator door.

    Works great. I like the simplistic look of it...really only thing is unless you don't position the cup perfectly the ice may splatter.

    Great appliance. I had the model with the Freezer in the lower drawer, but love the side/side and the ease of access. The smart ice water is awesome
