    The configuration of the storage drawers in the refrigerator cannot fully open without the door being open all the way. Also, you have to bend down way too low to reach the pull on the storage drawers. The configuration is poorly made.

    Good Fridge but ultimately decided against it. The handle to open the fridge is a big awkward, but other than that seemed like a good fridge

    One of the main reasons for buying this item was the outside ice/water dispenser. As per the instructions before using I dispensed the required amount of water from the unit and disposed of it before using it for ice and water. This turned out to be ineffective as the water still had a peculiar taste to it. Since that time I have had to empty pitchers of water until the taste would go away. However the bad taste always returns if the despenser is not used for a spell. Using the ice to chill faucet water or other drinks also contributes to an unplesant taste to the drink. Dissapointed with the the product for that reason.

    I am very disappointed that all the shelves don't adjust. The ice bucket takes a long time to fill. No small place to store condiment jars or margarines sticks.

    Bought 4/2/2022. Issues: 1) ref shelf shattered in million pieces, GEEK SQUAD ordered part 2X, wrong part 2X, tech got 1 from BEST BUY STORE. Main Problem: Fridge Temp is insufficient, 54degress vegetable crisper, must be at least 45 or less, vegetables yellowing after couple days. Compressor and refrigerant replaced by LG tech, still not getting cold enough. Top shelf 40, mid shelf 47, crisper/bottom shelf 54. I want BEST BUY to take back as it is under warranty until 4/2/2025 so i can buy a better one from them. Having trouble with that because of protocols. I have been dealing with this for almost 3months now. WARNING: Do not believe brand hype, appliances are not made to last anymore, bad quality in spite of enticing aesthetics. Even service techs admit that.
