I like LG but this refrigerator wish I would have never bought. You can't put a gallon pitcher in there. Without lifting up the other shelf to get it in there or out. If you have kids the pitcher is full, then it's getting spilt all over the refrigerator because they have to lift up the other shelf to get it out. Or unless you take the shelf completely out, because there's not enough room to move shelves around to fit anything in there. You can't put it on the side of the door because you can't fill the picture up because you have to put in there sideways. Also would not recommend using best buys delivery. They want to charge you extra to put the door handles on and my door to this day still slams when you shut it because they did nothing. Besides, bringing in and drop it off and charge me $59. If I could take it back, I would. Lowe's will deliver it for free and we'll move your other refrigerator for free. For now on I will be buying my appliances from Lowe's.

Love this refrigerator! Fits great in my space, easy to clean and enough storage for everything I need.

Pretty good! Only complaint is it doesn’t hold a lot of ice, but perfect for the price.

I really like the size and one the placement of the lower freezer and the ice maker feature. The exterior is also much better to keep smudge free as compared to our previous refrigerator/feezer. Very happy with the product, and the BestBuy service.

Overall I like this fridge. The only negative to be aware of is the long drawer that pulls out requires that both doors be wide open. The higher models have a separate external drawer to avoid having to open both upper doors. Otherwise it’s a really nice fridge.

It’s been a sad experience so far. The sales rep said there would be no problem with the height of the chosen refrigerator when we consulted dimensions vs available space (with specific measurements). The first delivery team refused to unload citing inadequate space to fit height. I shifted cabinets to make space and on the next delivery attempt on June 12, it was noticed after installation that the right door had a minor dent. I was offered a replacement door based on a Geek Squad consultation within “48 hrs”. However the appointment was set by BestBuy 6 days later, and eventually, as I waited at the delivery address in Bedford, the technician arrived at my residence in Nashua per my account profile, and said that his service area did not cover Bedford. Now I’m appointing another tech consultant who only after checking the damage in person will be able to order a replacement door, in spite of pictures of the damage having been uploaded on the date of delivery. Meanwhile the last date of return is 27th June. Is this how BestBuy normally takes accountability for a faulty product?

The fridge performs well and offers good cooling, with the added convenience of Wi-Fi tracking. However, the material feels somewhat cheap, and I noticed a dent on my brand-new fridge. Aside from that, the interior is well-designed and functional.

Had to set at 35 to Get my cokes cold. I bought some temp gauges from Amazon to monitor temp. Has to be set on 35 to get to about 37 degrees. And doesn’t make ice fast enough for us

Best refrigerator ever keeps everything cold enough crisper doors keep things fresh for weeks. The only thing is LG could not make such cheap plastic drawers. Other than that everything is wonderful on this refrigerator.

Nice refrigerator had a hard time getting the doors aligned but there good now, like having two ice outlets fridge is go to go.
