Love my product and loved the service I got from Best Buy in installing.

Had to set at 35 to Get my cokes cold. I bought some temp gauges from Amazon to monitor temp. Has to be set on 35 to get to about 37 degrees. And doesn’t make ice fast enough for us

The refrigerator seems fine, BUT IT WAS DAMAGED WHEN WE UNBOXED IT!!!! We have made multiple calls to the customer line, the store, even going personally into the store with pictures, and the repair service. We got the big runaround with everyone telling us we had to call someone else. No one resolved this for us!! DO NOT SHOP AT BEST BUY!!!

Probably the worst purchase ever made. BB installed a Refrigerator recently and didn't hook the water properly and within 2 days my Hardwood Floors had to be taken out because it flooded. I called Best Buy Service the next day on a Wednesday and they let it sit there and leak for 3 days because that was the soonest they could be there. My definition of an emergency is different from theirs.

This refrigerator is built cheaply. Flimsy plastic parts break easily and the air filter inside breaks when trying to remove cover to insert new air filter. I’m sending it back. Very disappointed!

Don’t buy this fridge , I Bough 14 days ago and fridge and freezer stop working. Now it’s a pain to return.

I did tons of research, and Best Buy made the purchase price a steal for this LG Refrigerator. It is the best refrigerator on the market. Not only is it a beautiful appliance, but everything about it is done with the consumer in mind. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. It is very spacious and allows you to have a very organized refrigerator. The slimline water/ice dispenser eliminates reduced space on your shelves, and the additional drawer in the freezer allows you to keep frequently eaten items readily available. Everything is within view and easy to reach. It's quiet and doesn't show fingerprints,.

We’ve only had this new refrigerator for a month. So far, so good! It’s quiet, looks good and has a spacious interior. The icemaker and water dispenser on the door work well. The Best Buy delivery and setup were quick and efficient.

This LG is a nice size refrigerator, good looking, and no noisy freezer. I had this LG refrigerator in a home I sold, in fact a whole suite of LG appliances which I missed. I am currently in the process of replacing all the kitchen appliances in my new home with the same LG appliances I had.

So much room in the this refrigerator. It's amazing! The water and ice function on the door works perfect. It does take about 24 hours before you get ice, but it's fine. The freezer is perfect as well. Great size and design. We love this refrigerator. It's super quiet as well. Thanks LG!

Absolutely love our new addition to our kitchen. The trim and fit and design of this refrigerator is beautiful. Coming from a side by side the refrigerator space is awesome and the freezer space is not bad either.

I love this new refrigerator! It works really well and it fit in thr cabinet space I had available for it. I will note that there is a slight rise to the back panel so it was hard to get through a tight doorway but the install team made it happen!

I love my new French Door Smart Refrigerator. It is so roomy and has a specific place for many items. It has a sleek design and I love the spacious freezer at the bottom. I would highly recommend it!!

The refrigerator is very nice and there is plenty of room for everything that you would like to put in it. I like the way it looks, and it performs well. I would definite but it again.

We bought this refrigerator to replace an older side by side. I am loving this one. It has so much more storage space. I'm getting used to the freezer on the bottom. I did purchase storage bins for the freezer to separate the different meats so I don't have to dig for them. It makes it so much easier. I can't believe how quiet this refrigerator is, I don't even hear it running. All in all, this refrigerator has been a great fit for our family.
