I like this fridge. My previous fridge, (brand name with-held) that quit after only nine years, was also a French Door with water dispenser and ice maker, but had a single freezer drawer that was deep, and difficult to access frozen items at the bottom. I prefer this double drawer freezer. In the top drawer, with a divider, I keep ice cream and other things on the left side, frozen vegies on the right. The lower drawer, I keep chicken and fish on the left, and beef and pork on the right. This fridge is wi-fi capable, but I don't really see a need for it yet. It's not one of those high priced units, but it is good quality with lots of good features.

Looks beautiful, plenty of space, very quiet. The only thing I am still getting used to is the left door, since the ice maker is inside this door, the door is heavy and it slams quite easy, door needs to be hold until you close it The power cord is short. I noticed a gap on the back, looks like it was bumped. The delivery guy said "it is nothing, but you can call to exchange" look at the picture. I know is not easy to maneuver a heavy fridge but we paid a lot of money and expected for our fridge to have no damage at all.

This was just installed a few days ago, so here are my initial impressions. I like the look of the fridge. I like that the ice maker has been moved to the door, it leaves more shelf room in the fridge. However, I’m not sure if it’s the weight of the ice maker in the door or what, but that left door slams shut. And I mean SLAMS shut. Which is shocking every time it happens. Makes me jump every time. You have to remember to hold on to the door as it closes in order to guide it to close slowly and without a sudden bang. I have 3 small children, I will have no luck getting them to remember this. Thus, I know I cannot keep anything glass in the small shelves in the door. Additionally, the slide out gliding drawer inside the refrigerator needs a redesign. If you can’t open both the fridge doors fully backwards, it hits the door and you’re only able to access the front half of that glide out drawer. This is my problem bc the left side of my refrigerator has a wall next to it. I cannot fully open the left door backwards therefore I cannot open that gliding drawer fully. If they would simply redesign the top of that drawer to be a dome shape that you can open up (pull the top upwards) I could still access the back of the drawer even if I can’t fully pull the drawer out. But, it is a fixed flat top. My last refrigerator was designed with the dome top you could open up and boy I sure miss it. Also, I do not like that the bottom freezer drawer does not have a light. Why not? The top freezer drawer does. And lastly, when I saw the floor model in the store it had an on/off button for the ice bin in the top drawer of freezer. My understanding from the sales associate was that controlled whether or not I wanted the fridge to make the ice for that freezer tray. However when I received the fridge, there is no on/off button and I read instructions that say you have to manually dump ice into the freezer bin. So I don’t understand how LG can make an update to the fridge but keep the same model #? Now I’m wondering what other changes have been made (any corrections?) that I didn’t get as it seems I have a down level/older version of this fridge?

Fridge works great and exactly as expected, very spacious and keeps everything cold. Only downside was delivery taking two weeks?!?!? which felt extremely slow

I love this refrigerator. I can really stock up on everything, and i have easy accessibility to everything. my spouse is handicapped, and this fridge is so much easier for him to get to items. I love the separate temperature control bins for fruits, veggies, and deli! I was concerned that the ice maker wouldn't be able to keep up with my needs, but once the ice wads being made, by the way first takes at least 24 hours, it easily kept up with my needs. The print proof really is print proof! I was constantly cleaning my last stainless steel fridge! I highly recommend this fridge.

The refrigerator itself is good, however the ice maker jams periodically and I have to dump all the ice. Seems the bin that holds the ice doesn't stay cold enough and some of the ice melts that makes it stick together. The fridge was damaged upon delivery because no padding was on it and the dolly made dents in the bottom drawer. Best Buy did give me a gift card to make up for the dents.

This was a good buy. My wife is satisfied. It has a lot of space. No more problems with room. I had the tech look at the door as the right side slightly open when you close the left. The seal is good but I was told it was normal. He said that I could replace with another new one but we declined as we had several problems at delivery and we don’t want to go through the hassle again.

Great fridge! Very easy to set temperature through the app. It’s super spacious which is why we primarily wanted this fridge. I really like how there are 2 freezers. It helps keep things more organized rather than everything pilling on top of each other. I also like the settings of the drawers which keep my vegetables and fruits stay fresh for a long time and keep my delis and meats fresh

We love our new fridge! So spacious and easily functional. Keeps everything nice and cold and the freezer frozen! Adjustable temps ranges as well to suit your needs. Looks so beautiful in my kitchen too. Love the shelf space (they are decently adjustable too!) and the drawers. Still getting used to bottom freezer drawers (came from a side by side), but it’s been easier for me than I thought it would be. Can’t speak on ice/water yet, as I am awaiting my plumber to help me get my water line replaced before I can get that connected. We have had it almost a month…. And absolutely love our new fridge and are extremely happy with our choice!

The fridge works good with no issues, love the app LG thinq were it tells you if the door was left open and scans it if it is running to a problem and warns you thats a good thing,it freezes and cools everything good with no issues, the space inside the refrigerator is better then my old samsung fridge, it is quiet that sometimes scares me that is not working but it is working, I love this fridge

Love the size and functionability of this fridge. You can set the temperature to wherever you want it. It keeps everything cold and the freezer drawers are amazing! I also love the alarm when someone leaves it open it definitely let's you know.

The water dispenser does not work on delivery; unfortunately, we tried two (2) separate deliveries. The 2nd delivery/exchange driver even told us he had just picked up the same fridge for return. Do not pay extra for repair technician. If it doesn't work on delivery, then just exchange it with BestBuy (no worries). The November 2024 Vietnam version (we had two samples) water dispenser will not work (even after 3 days). It's not your plumbing. We have awesome water pressure. As a life long LG customer (former fridge, TV, washer, stove, and microwave, we were super disappointed. Love our new Bespoke Samsung replacement delivered today ;-)

Love this fridge so much we bought the same model for our new home. Great storage and easy to clean. My only comment on improving is the capacity in the ice maker - but we use a ton of ice!

Great quality. Freezer doors slide well and feel solid. Excellent capacity and visibility for all your food. Family of 6 and we pack it full but everything stays more organized and visible so less food wasted. Water and ice are dispensed quickly. Great fridge!

Hi, my name is Joseph and I love the stainless steel on this refrigerator. Also, it is so much room in the fridge and the freezer to put milk. A lot of frozen food with no hassle and then when I connected the icemaker with the water maker as well specially in the summertime it is a lifesaver Because I do not have to worry about getting ice or buying bottles of water. I could just rely on my fridge I want to say thank you to Best Buy and their delivery people they were so great with delivering and communication. In my opinion Best Buy is better than other companies to deliver and buy products from I would 100% buy again from Best Buy.

Liked the design storage capacity and overall appearance..could used a larger ice capacity.

We purchased the LG French Door Refrigerator as a part of a 4 appliance upgrade for our lakehouse. We went from all white appliances to stainless steel and our kitchen looks brand new! The new refrigerator has 27.8 cu. ft. and is large enough to handle guests and family members that come to visit. Our only concern is the compressor on the refrigerator makes more noise then we are used to.

I had this fridge for over a year and it is still working strong and no issues. I love the size and how it looks very nice in our house.

Old fridge gave out. This one looks durable! Love the slick design. Interior looks great. Easy to connect water line straight to the fridge. Filters are convenient to reach and easy to change. Automatic ice maker so you don’t have to manually make ice cubes. Option for cubes or crushed ice. Double doors opening. Comes with 2 freezer drawers so you can keep your items organized. Good amount of space in the fridge accomodate storage for a family of four. Delivery was smooth. Self installed. Decent price

Very nice unit. Holds temperature very well. Lots of refrigerator and freezer space. Love the cylinder return on the freezer drawers!
