Bought this to replace a side-by-side because they are just a pain to get in and out of. This refrigerator is well designed and loaded with features! The doors open up wide enough to allow easy access to the entire compartment even if you only open one side. On the inside the drawers and shelves are good quality, easy to adjust and offer plenty of space and configuration options. The ice maker is neatly tucked inside the left door and does not take away from any of the space inside the fridge. The freezer has plenty of room and has dividers and a drawer so you don't have items "buried" at the bottom unseen. The ice/water dispenser functions on the front are easy to use and offer plenty of room to fill cups, glasses or drink bottles. Plus you can't beat the quality of an LG product!!

For the most part, this fridge is decent. It cools and is roomy. The couple of drawbacks are the doors are kind of clunky; like they don't really shut all that smooth. The other is when getting ice or water, you have to press the button twice it seems. For example, i want ice and the selector is on water, I have to press ice button to activate the control button and then ice again in order for it to switch. Same vice versa with water, have to press it once to activate the panel and then again to switch it. Not a big deal breaker, but a little inconvenient. This is my first side by side with the freezer drawers, so maybe the door closing is normal on this type. All in all, I do like the fridge, I don't LOVE the fridge. Looks nice, dings real easy. Love the space it has compared to a side by side. Ice bin is small, but I think that was expected with the type of ice bin it has.

Have had LG Refrig for about two weeks. It is working very well. It is quiet, roomy, keeps food in freezer at excellent temperature.

The fridge in my home when I bought was a side-by-side with insufficient freezer space as well as fridge space. I studied reviews online and talked with friends. This fridge is exceeding my expectations. I particularly like the two freezer drawers—good space and food doesn’t get “lost.” The placement of the ice maker is genius—I prefer fridge space over a lot of ice. I chose black stainless steel and it has been a breeze to keep clean of fingerprints, etc. The delivery and installation was excellent—good communication, on-time, efficient, courteous.

This refrigerator is logically laid out and has room that seems to go on and on. I never hear it run. Couldn’t ask for more….

Sleek design with tons of storage capacity. Quiet operation with wifi technology that monitors its operational health. The external water and ice options make it easy for our water drinkers in the family to easily get access with glasses or bottles. Great buy for a family or the.person who likes large capacity storage for food and beverages.

Really like the capacity and features of this.refrigerator. It replaces a 13 year old LG French door that finally stopped freezing and was getting a bit loud. At the one month mark, this is a good unit and was available for delivery when we needed it. The “linear compressor “ issues of the past prompted us to get LG’s 3 year extended warranty which actually extends the coverage to four years total, commencing AFTER the initial one year ends. Considering the cost of modern refrigerators and the rampant inflation rate, seems a good investment for peace of mind.

It is extremely roomy with large door shelves. We have had it installed for 1 week now, and it remains very quiet to operate. The doors are well balanced, easy to open and close, which we were worried about when purchasing because of the icemaker being inside the left top door. Although the capacity for ice is relatively small, it is perfect for us and if we anticipate a larger need, the compartment is very easy to pop out so with a little planning, it is easy to fill several bags of ice within a day or two. All in all, extremely pleased with our purchase, would definitely recommend this refrigerator.

We received the refrigerator in what we thought was undamaged condition. There is a dent in the front of the drawer, minor but our $2000.00 refrigerator is dented. The only solution was to have the unit replaced. Instead we opted fo a 10% refund and will live with the dent to our first ever new out of the box refrigerator. Other than the ice maker being a real low volume unit we are real happy with our refrigerator. Amazingly quite especially compared to the outgoing unit.

So far, so good. Chilled quickly and runs quietly. The freezer is smaller than we wanted. Purchased to replace a good size side by side. We enjoy being able to see the contents in this fridge. The filters are easy to replace and the ice bin is easy to access. We like the drawers and shelf placement. Manual is very informative. Water line was easy to set up. We feel very happy with this fridge.

I have had this less than a month but so far is very nice and spacious. Things I would do differently are: (1) it’s very shiny which doesn’t match my Whirlpool dishwasher or Frigidaire Galaxy oven and microwave (2) like most of reviews stated, the ice cubes are little squares (true cubes but tiny), probably because it’s all inside the door (3) the “buttons” on the front to push to get water and ice are a little difficult to push but maybe that will change over time. I haven’t tried the crushed button yet so no comment (4) I had to make my own butter compartment and my own egg compartment but it now handles both to my satisfaction.

It's exactly what we expected. Spacious, good for being adjustable, love the two drawers for the freezer. The best part for my wife though, the ice and water in the door! She gets ice water all day! We got the installation and it was fast and easy.

This is much better than previous 10-year old Kitchen Aid fridge. It is very good feature to have an ice cube bin in the bottom freezer. My kids always dig in the bin with a scoop for their drinks. Icemaker is behind the water/ice dispenser but it is sealed so I hope it won't freeze up / get stuck. Because it is a Frend door unit, the space inside has larger estate and can be used effectively when you have a wide item, like a whole salmon side. Why 4 star instead of 5? The right door is not completely snug. I can feel it is a little bit more loose than the left door even after adjusting its tension and alignment. Not a big deal, but probably it will cost me about $1 more on electricity a year.

I am completely in love with this refrigerator! I went from a side by side to this style, and there is just so much more room. The ice maker in the door does not hold a ton of ice, but I just occasionally dump what it does make into a bowl into the freezer so I have extra if needed. I also love the smaller ice cubes it makes. The shelves on the right door are so roomy, I can fit all my condiments easily in them. The printproof technology works really well, the look of the fridge is top notch. The LED lighting inside the fridge is great too. Overall, I couldn't be happier!

This fridge has excellent features and a nice, unobstructive ice maker. Much better quality and durability when compared to the other brands in the market. A bit more pricy, but well worth it. This replaces a Samsung fridge that had many issues including a noisy compressor, failing icemaker and a failing freezer drawer door.

This fridge is gorgeous in the black stainless. It is so easy to clean. Smudges come right off with just a damp cloth and then a quick buff with a dry towel. It is very quiet. I was concerned about whether or not the ice maker would be able to keep up with our demands, but so far the ice production has been great! The cubes are a bit small but they are very dense so they last a long time. The 2 freezer drawers are great for keeping things organized. I would very highly recommend this fridge! It is definitely worth the extra money.

Love it! So, glad I bought this refrigerator it beautiful and bigger than what I owned before. So glad I purchased it and love the color.

This fridge is very spacious and versatile. Ice maker is a life saver and we love how quiet the fridge it!

Much quieter than our previous Samsung. Only drawback is the ice machine is a little small. I like the four doors but it does take a little getting used to.

So far we have had the fridge three weeks and are happy with it. (We also have an LG in another house, which was purchased several years ago.) This new refrigerator runs very quietly and is very roomy. All the shelving and compartments are exactly where they are needed and easily accessible. There is space for all the foods you may need and logical space for their storage. The freezer compartments are also very roomy, easily accessible and very easy to organize by category and frequency of need. We have been very pleased as it is a vast improvement over our old one.
