Love the look and layout of the refrigerator/freezer. Ice machine gets blocked from time to time but can be shaken loose.

So far the refrigerator is great. Lots of room for several different sizes and even large items. The ice maker puts out medium sized square cubes and the temperature inside the unit stays cold and is consistent. Plenty of door shelves, different sizes, so small items do not get lost behind things. Hopefully it will be better than the Kitchen Aid we had that required seven breakdowns in two years and thankfully we had the extended warranty witch fully replaced it.

My house came with a side by side. Nice frig but not enough room in the frig portion. My new frig has tons of room! I love that the ice maker is in the door and there are shelves over the ice maker so no door space is lost. Printproof surface is great! I had read reviews that this unit was noisy, not for me. Hardly hear the cute smaller ice dropping. Would recommend this frig to everyone! Only downside is freezer space is less than side by side but still plenty of room.

While I love this refrigerator, there are some things to be mindful about. First, the bottom freezer drawer does not have a light. Second, you have to have both doors open to get into the deli drawer. Third, the plug is short and comes out on the back right-side (if you are standing in front of the frig). You need to make sure your outlet is behind the frig. And lastly, the installers will not hook up the water line if it is copper or plastic. Unless your water line is right behind the frig, I would speak to the installers ahead of time to ensure a seamless install. Newer homes have the right connections so this shouldn't be issue. My home is old. Otherwise, it has lots of room. Nice!!

We LOVE this refrigerator! Unlike our Samsung, the ice maker never freezes up. Temperature inside is as shown on the outside and there is plenty of storage room in both the refrigeration and freezer drawers. The delivery fellows did a super good job on the water hook up. NO leaks and no problems whatsoever. We appreciate Best Buy!

The refrigerator does what it needs to do. It keeps a steady temperature for non-frozen items and the freezer area also maintains those items at a constant frozen state. Space on the shelves is adequate although reaching for items towards the back area is sometimes difficult, especially if you are not a very tall a person. The unit is very quiet and bright with very good lighting inside.

We enjoy this fridge. We upgraded from a muuuch older fridge, so we may have a bias in favor of its newness. However, my sister has a similar model and we like ours better for a few reasons. One, the ice maker in the door saves a TON of room, but it gives you to option to add an additional ice maker system if you need it. Two, it’s insanely quiet. Three, the double drawers are great, and they have a self-closing mechanism. I’m still getting used to the fact that you have to open both doors to use one of the drawers, but I love that particular drawer. It’s overall just a well-made fridge that uses space really well and allows for functional organization of your goods. We are very happy!

Great fridge so far. Really the only issue we have, and we knew going into it, is that the ice maker is SO small, it's really only good for one or two people per day. We are ice hogs so probably should have looked into the model that has the second ice maker in the freezer but we wanted the two drawer freezer so I guess that was our sacrifice. Otherwise, a nice, quiet refrigerator that is working well so far.

First let me start with saying this fridge looks beautiful the new style stainless is indeed better with finger prints and clean up. It’s nice and bright in the fridge section the freezer not so much but you don’t really need it there the drawers open fully. The ice maker is small but seems to keep up with useage also prefer the smaller ice cubes this unit produces water filer is good water and ice tastes good. The fridge section is very spacious. Now for the bad although I picked a much larger fridge then I previously had that didn’t make the freezer any bigger I lost a ton of space with this choice this is how I can say this when repacking the fridge for the first time everything that came out of my previous freezer didn’t fit so make sure you do your homework and check how much room you need the other freezer issue you need to be aware of is items can slide/fall behind the shelves so do not over load it is very hard to get the items if this happens. That said I just need to watch how much food is in the freezer. Just a small tweak

Really nice fridge so far, has tons more storage than our nearly 20 year old model. The double doors up top make so much more usable space than the standard side by side. The two freezer drawers are nice too as you can put the stuff you don't use as often on the bottom and more frequently used things up top. Even after a grocery run when our old fridge looked packed, this one has room to spare. An issue we had when installing it was this fridge was maybe 1/4 inch wider than the old one so we had to do some creative maneuvering to get it in, so keep that in mind. Also, if the fridge isn't properly level, the "mullion" (the flap that completes the seal between the upper doors) doesn't operate correctly. Leveling the fridge is crucial to that part working. One thing I could never find online is what does the wifi connection with the phone app actually do - it's nothing ground breaking, just tells you the current temps set for the fridge and freezer and the water filter life. Another thing I've noticed is it's really quiet. The water and ice on the door work well and taste great. My wife was really fed up with the old fridge falling apart so I hope this one lasts a long time.

After install, give it minimum overnight chill and you wont be disappointed. It's very quiet. Makes enugh ice for us. Looks beautiful. Takes a little getting used to, for example the doors will stay open. You have to close them. When you do keep your hand on the handle becuase the doors will slam shut if not careful. So far I'm very happy with it. It replaced a 14 year old GE side by side. This fridge is much nicer. A lot more space, I cant figure that out, same size exterior dimensions. The rest of my opinion will be decided on its longevity.

I love the ice maker on the door side . Extra tray in freezer to dump ice. Love the freezer doors on bottom. The dividers slid for adustment . The shelves can be adjusted . The second shelve you can slide the right side in for more tall items if needed . Love the shelves in the doors. Especially right side holds a gallon of milk or ice tea to be able to grab easily . The stainless steel is great for not showing finger prints . I like that it sits up from the floor for easy sweeping. So much more I could add to why this is a great refrigerator. So glad I got this LE refrigerator.

Large interior allows great and convenient storage. Has quite adequate ice cube production and storage. Like our previous (other make) refrigerator, water dispenser provides a trickle.

love the double freezer drawers, the fingerprint proof stainless, and the ice maker. blows away Samsung frig.

I mostly like the refrigerator. The thing that I was looking forward to the most is the thing that bothers me the most. Our 15 year old refrigerator stopped dispensing water about 10 years ago, so we were looking forward to this one. But the water dispenser could be better. I have two problems with it. First, the water doesn't come out cold. One would think that water from a refrigerated compartment would come out cold, but it's tap temperature. Second, the water shoots out with so much force that if you have a glass filled with ice(because the water doesn't come out cold), it will splash all over the floor if you're not careful. Yes, the left door tends to close too quickly and the right door has a notch preventing it from closing all the way unless you press it all the way closed, but I consider that just a quirk. There seems to be more room in the refrigerator portion than the freezer, but maybe that's my imagination. All in all, we are happy, but wish the water came out colder.

It’s nice and holds a lot of food and you can organize easily

It's exactly what we expected. Spacious, good for being adjustable, love the two drawers for the freezer. The best part for my wife though, the ice and water in the door! She gets ice water all day! We got the installation and it was fast and easy.

Our last refrigerator was wonderful and it pained me to replace it but the condenser went and the repair would be too expensive. This was the most similar refrigerator I could find. It was considerably smaller and had fewer features than its predecessor. But this was what was in the market so we settled for this one. I like the look of it. I like the fact that the ice maker is enclosed in the door and doesn’t eat up room in the refrigerator, especially since we downsized. I like being able to get water and ice without opening the refrigerator but I don’t like that there is no night light to see the control panel I. The dark and the water dispenser is too far away from the trigger to use the glads to depress it. One must use their hand to dispense water. The ice will dispense just fine though. The lighting in this model is unremarkable. It doesn’t hold a candle to the previous model. There’s one small light towards front center. So there are a lot of shadows inside. It takes up almost the same amount of space my last refrigerator used, but it’s 3 cu. feet smaller. Overall, it’s a refrigerator, it keeps food cold and looks nice.
