Best Buy install team was very professional and helpful. Made sure we understood the flushing required and how to adjust the doors etc.

Totally open inside can put a tray in an out with no center brace for interference The two freezers are awesome, top one for meats. Bottom for all else

There is no dust plate at the bottom. I called best buy they cant help. Called LG cant even order one. I am supposed to jack up the front of the fridge to loosen up the levelers so I can roll it out to clean the dog hair that collects behind it. That's stupid and not something I can do alone every month. Besides that the levelers and rollers show at the bottom. Makes the beautiful fridge ugly

And the delivery team might dent your doors and walls. If you’re lucky enough to get it undamaged into your home, you’ll be happy with its performance.

The LG water filter replacement cartridge that LG makes now has some ridges on the top that are different than the original LG filter cartridge that came with the refrigerator. When you take the LG replacement and try to screw it in. It won't even turn halfway, sealing improperly making water leak all over the place. I compared the old and new LG filters and the new one is way off in some key areas. What do I do now? Buy bottled water and get old fashioned ice cube trays for my one year old LG fridge? Look at my attached photo. The one with the green label is the old one. Notice how that little odd shaped 5 sided piece of plastic is shaped slightly differently than the other one. It's not just slightly different however-the size of it is very different, making it like some kind of knock off bolt that won't fit the standard nut causing the thing to leak.

Now, in April 2020, it does not work properly anymore. I needed to buy very quickly a new freezer in order to avoid my meats went bad. The ice maker is not making ice, the freezer does not freeze anymore and the refrigerator does not bring the set temperature. I have to repair it or buy a new one. Especially now during Covid-19 restrictions is a bad time and something like that to be broken. I am very upset!.

Our second LG after 10 years with the first

It lasted 10 years with no trouble, then it died. When the service tech came out he told us it was an LG refrigerator ( who knew) Hoping this one is half as good as the last one I wanted to try the flex drawer, but would have had to wait a month for delivery - the freezer only was in stock, so that's what we went with
