Have only had for a week, runs extremely quiet and seems well built. Best Buy install team was very professional and helpful. Made sure we understood the flushing required and how to adjust the doors etc.

Love my new fridge, looks great and it is finger print resistant, makes cute ice cubes. Only had ut for a month so only time will tell how well it will perform.

Writing this review within two days of the refrigerator delivery. Pros: 1. More spacious compared to any other refrigerator 2. We replaced two door GE refrigerator with LG. We liked the refrigerator space but the freezer space is less compared to GE Cons: 1. Product delivered with improper door alignment 2. Smart Wi-fi connection is not easy to setup These are my initial comments. I plan to call LG support for the door alignment issues. I will write a detail review after using the product few more weeks.

Love this French door refrigerator. Totally open inside can put a tray in an out with no center brace for interference The two freezers are awesome, top one for meats. Bottom for all else

Despite waiting 15 weeks for the backordered fridge to be delivered, it was well worth the wait. It competes the LG kitchen applicants suite we upgraded to. It’s sharp looking, great food capacity. Love the separated freezer drawers to distinguish between breakfast, dinner and dessert items. The only thing it’s missing (but not a deal breaker) is a butter door enclosure on the door. We are happy with our purchase!

My wife and I fell in love with this refrigerator the moment we laid eyes on it. It met all our needs and looks good doing it.

Great fridge, smart features are kinda useless. And the delivery team might dent your doors and walls. If you’re lucky enough to get it undamaged into your home, you’ll be happy with its performance.

I love everything about this refrigerator. Except one thing. There is no dust plate at the bottom. I called best buy they cant help. Called LG cant even order one. I am supposed to jack up the front of the fridge to loosen up the levelers so I can roll it out to clean the dog hair that collects behind it. That's stupid and not something I can do alone every month. Besides that the levelers and rollers show at the bottom. Makes the beautiful fridge ugly

We really love our new LG refrigerator. It holds a tremendous amount and the smaller freezer drawer is truly convenient. Highly recommend

Love it I was having a tough time deciding on a refrigerator but I’m glad I got this particular one is really big and freezer is just right it cleans easily the instruction say you have to empty the ice maker twice before you use the actual ice but in reality is more like 5 time to get the after taste out of the water same goes for the water dispenser but other than that is really nice

The refrigerator showed up with the water dispenser not working. After initial installation a geek squad member came out to determine possible causes. It was determined that there was an existing issue with the board on this model fridge for several months, but when we went about getting it fixed LG wouldn’t work with us directly to replace the board and Best Buy suggested we replace the unit. The next fridge was the same model and had the same issue. After that we decided to go for a different fridge and it was delivered dented and the subcontractors sent to install the fridge were acting very unprofessionally, to the point that it scared my wife.

Great quality very nice looking refrigerator it works perfectly fine.

Very pleased with our new LG refrigerator. Lots of room and two freezer compartments for flexibility. Instant water and ice for all the athletes in the house.

Bad news if you bought this LG 4 door French refrigerator. The LG water filter replacement cartridge that LG makes now has some ridges on the top that are different than the original LG filter cartridge that came with the refrigerator. When you take the LG replacement and try to screw it in. It won't even turn halfway, sealing improperly making water leak all over the place. I compared the old and new LG filters and the new one is way off in some key areas. What do I do now? Buy bottled water and get old fashioned ice cube trays for my one year old LG fridge? Look at my attached photo. The one with the green label is the old one. Notice how that little odd shaped 5 sided piece of plastic is shaped slightly differently than the other one. It's not just slightly different however-the size of it is very different, making it like some kind of knock off bolt that won't fit the standard nut causing the thing to leak.

I bought this new refrigerator in December 2018 after my 5 years of LG refrigerator stop working. Now, in April 2020, it does not work properly anymore. I needed to buy very quickly a new freezer in order to avoid my meats went bad. The ice maker is not making ice, the freezer does not freeze anymore and the refrigerator does not bring the set temperature. I have to repair it or buy a new one. Especially now during Covid-19 restrictions is a bad time and something like that to be broken. I am very upset!.

Love our new refrigerator. It has so much room and accents our other appliances perfectly.
