Refrigerator is spacious and most of all quiet! The one it replaced was a name brand that was so loud this LG you can’t hear. Even the door alarm is pleasant. Plenty of room and shelves are adjustable. So happy with purchase!

We replaced our old Kenmore Elite Trio with this refrigerator and while I love the look of it and the interior cubic inches is spacious, I feel like both bottom drawers retract by themselves when you are opening them to get something out. Also, I’ve noticed that the left door that houses the ice/water slams shut if you don’t guide it closed. The door ice compartment is a bit small for my family if 4. I initially bought a 10 lb bag of ice from the grocery store and emptied it into the bin in the top freezer drawer. It held the entire bag and solved the problem. Other that these small issues, we really enjoy this refrigerator.

I am very happy with my refrigerator, the slide back shelf allows me to have 6 gallons of milk at a time, it is very roomy. The freezer double drawer makes sorting my frizen goods super nice. Best Buy came and installed my new fridge, the guys that did it were very knowledgeable and set me all up so it was ready to go. Would absolutely buy something from here again!

Works good cooling foods. The freezer storage could be a bit larger. Overall I think this was a good purchase. It is quiet when running and I like this.

Love the look and layout of the refrigerator/freezer. Ice machine gets blocked from time to time but can be shaken loose.

Like the space since the ice maker is in the door, opens up the rest of the fridge. Like the deeper shelves in the door, can fit a gallon of milk. Was drawn to this product because of the double freezer. Wish LG had provided a light up double door with this product would have loved that with the 2 freezers. Time will tell if it lasts . This refrigerator replaced a Samsung we only had for 5 years because of ice maker and compressor problems. The whole refrigerator quit working. So hopefully the sales rep is right in that LG had cleaned up it's problems and lives up to its name

I like the refrigerator the size and features. I like the glass shelves inside that they are large and wide so items don't fall behind or down to next shelf. I like the ice maker doesn't take up the entire left side. I thought that the ice when full would automatically drop to freezer ice tray below but it doesn't. I don't like that there is not a light in the bottom freezer drawer.

Refrigerator is nice looking. It keeps the food in the refrigerator and freezer at desired temperatures. The ice maker and cold water work well. It is quiet. Refrigerator and freezer sections are roomy. I like having the 2 separate freezer drawers.

Fridge is only 30 days old, but so far so good! Love the two drawer freezer. I read that it is slow to make ice, but knowing that I just plan ahead and it has all been fine. So far this is one of those purchases that I would do all over again!

Had to replace my previous LG after only four years of service, but I suppose any fridge is disposable now a days. For the money, this one had the most space and LG will warranty the compressor for ten years IF - and pay attention - IF you register it. (I failed to register the last one and had to eat it). Only four stars because it doesn't have a large ice maker. Ok for normal home use, but not if you have company. I would have liked a larger ice maker, or a second one.

I have owned this for 2 Weeks. This is the first time I have had a LG product. Everything is working fine we are very happy. The great part of the unit is the space. Their is so much room in the refrigerator I can find anything quickly. It is nice having 2 freezer trays, it keeps everything organized and very easy to find. The only issue is the right refrigerator door does not close automatically, but this is the design of all LG units French Door Units. It is not a major problem. Nice that there is a beeper noise when any of the doors are left open. Their were some reviews that the ice maker in the door was limited on ice making. I find that not true I have more I than I can use.

I don't really have too many issues with this refrigerator. It works and looks really good. My only complaint is that you have to open both doors to get in the deli drawer. That really is a minor complaint. It seems to have a lot of space. I also like that it has two freezer drawers. This keeps from piling thinks up in one big drawer.

1 month in, we really like our LG Refrigerator. The extra freezer door is a brilliant idea that saves time and promotes better organization. The fingerprint-free coating seems to be living up to its name. The redesigned water/ice dispenser is a big improvement.

LG Refrigerator was a smart purchase. Spacious inside, well-constructed, and water/ice /digital center is easy to operate. Ice maker center has easy access and outside cup placement can accommodate large cups or bowls. Fingerprint resistance is a big plus. Shelves are adjustable and bins you can place 1 gallon or larger size items. Heavy duty seams keep unit operating with efficiency. APP is easy to navigate and ensures updates are achieved. Important unit fits selected home location take advantage of their Magnolia Consultation site visit. It was informative and consultant ensures unit (you selected) measurements and access can assist in an easy install. I took advantage of the extended warranty for peace of mind should unit need maintenance. Costs of unit I feel makes it mandatory, especially coverage for electrical surges. Do register unit on LG site and get an extra year of manufacture warranty presently being offered. Black stainless steel looks elegant. Little irritant (but not a deal breaker) --second freezer access bin does not have a light feature. Be great if engineer's could place light inside. Overall very elegant looking and enhances the kitchen area of the home.

I love this refrigerator! It is amazing, perfect size for our family of 4 and room to spare for all the leftovers. Temp controls are great, drawers are super handy and the storage in the doors are unbeatable! Love it!

We replaced an aging side by side with this. The refrigerator is bright on the inside, nice even lighting to see all the food. Lots of space and all easy to reach. Storage bins are well laid out and adjustable cooling for each. Freezer is nice but just average. Because the refrigerator is so large, it does take up space that limits the freezer size. Perfect for us as we have an extra freezer, but something to consider if it's your only one. Ice and water delivery is basic cube/crushed/water. Ice cubes are smaller than other makers, a plus for us, but again, something to consider if you like large cubes. Water capacity is a bit on the small size. I get about 16 oz of cold water before it runs out. Overall, we are completely satisfied with our purchase. LG products have become our go to brand as they seem to have a higher quality to them.

We love our LG refrigerator. It so much easier to locate our food products at a glance. Wonderful design. And the frozen food drawers are so convenient to use. Unfortunately just 2 months after our LG purchase our water and ice dispenser malfunctioned. It would have been acceptable if it simply stopped working. Unfortunately it shot water full blast and ice cubes from the dispenser non-stop onto our kitchen oak floor. In order to stop it we had to shut off the water feed to the refrigerator. Also had to disconnect the ice maker and remove the ice bin. Thank goodness we were at home when it occurred, otherwise it would have flooded our house. It was truly a nightmare. Best Buy was responsive and sent out their' team and they fixed the problem, They said it was a faulty sensor. We are happy now that it is fixed.

Bought this to replace a side-by-side because they are just a pain to get in and out of. This refrigerator is well designed and loaded with features! The doors open up wide enough to allow easy access to the entire compartment even if you only open one side. On the inside the drawers and shelves are good quality, easy to adjust and offer plenty of space and configuration options. The ice maker is neatly tucked inside the left door and does not take away from any of the space inside the fridge. The freezer has plenty of room and has dividers and a drawer so you don't have items "buried" at the bottom unseen. The ice/water dispenser functions on the front are easy to use and offer plenty of room to fill cups, glasses or drink bottles. Plus you can't beat the quality of an LG product!!
