I only wished I could have waited to purchase this during the labor day sale. Could have saved 500 dollars. Still, I love the refrigerator...worry free.

Replacement refrigerator has a dent in the door as well. Delivery guys were courteous and careful. We didn’t purchase a scratch and dent-we paid a lot of money for this refrigerator. To get another replacement is an inconvenience and a hassle.

Inside the refrigerator is great. We use a lot of ice and wish the ice maker would be bigger. Coming the Summer, we will have to pay ice bags. The problem that I have is the panel light is dim and text written are small. I am still getting use the refrigerator and hope I will continue being satisfied.

I also purchased a LG stove together with this refrigerator, same color and the paint on the fridge door also chips off with normal use. It started 8 or 9 months after purchase & has been progressing. Geek squad says there’s nothing they can do and that LG has no service bulletin on the issue and that the paint issue is common. Why are they still being sold with this known issue?!!

All time frames met. the two guys that did the installation were efficient and polite. I would recommend to anyone and all. Another great aspect of the delivery is that they did not need to install a new water line which was a prepaid item and as I was writing this my acct has been credited for that amount. Great experience!!

It gets a 2 star for its ice maker. In 9 months I’ve owned it I don’t think it’s ever worked correctly. Ice freezes and stacks up on the right side causing the sensor to be blocked so it stops making ice. This is a nice touch when you forget to break it up before company comes over only to supply two whole glasses of ice. I’ve had it and will be contacting LG for a fix.
