I purchased the LG - 27.9 Cu. Ft. French Door Smart Refrigerator with External Tall Ice and Water Dispenser - Stainless steel along with a double oven, microwave, and dishwasher as a suites at the end of 2021. Owning this fridge has been a nightmare. The ice maker went out within three months. LG sent a repairman who had to order and replace a couple of parts (ON A BRAND NEW REFRIGERATOR). At the six month mark I replaced the water filter and after draining 6 gallons (when only 2-3 is recommended) the water tasted horrible. I then proceeded to buy water filters from Beat Buy, Home Depot, and Lowe’s, all with no luck. I called LG and was told to replace my water line l, which I did. Still, the water tasted horrible and by this time my one year warranty was up. Now the fridge is not cool (but the freezer works fine) and I have a puddle underneath the produce drawers that has now started to leak onto my floors. I called LG and they want to charge me $635 to have someone come out before even diagnosing the problem. I’m going to watch a few YouTube videos and try to figure out the problem. If I cannot, the fridge will end up in the garage next to the new dishwasher that went out last year. FYI, the digital display on the microwave that was purchased with my LG suite is malfunctioning. The only appliance that I have not had an issue with is the double oven.

This refrigerator has a lot of space, looks and work as advertised, very silent when running.

Great fridge! Lots of storage space and the ice maker doesn’t take up a whole door.

Bought this as an open-box item from BestBuy. Was very happy with the discount that I got and was able to save lot of money. But this came with some headache. The first open-box purchase (not this fridge) was a let down. Definitely pickup the item if buying open-box from store. BB delivery is wonky, it goes off to different city before item is delivered to you. I live 2 miles from the store but the fridge had to travel 200 miles before being delivered. In the process, the fridge gets scratched up. I did not accept the delivery coz the fridge was all scratched up. This led me to buy this fridge. Now coming back to this particular fridge, There was a water leak on the inside (from near the water filter). When we hooked up the water line there was puddle on the inside. It took many weeks to get a LG technician come to my home and fix the defect. The housing which holds the water filter was defective and it was replaced by LG. The repair took much longer due to the COVID situation. LG service is not the best or it could be due to the COVID situation. After the problem was fixed, I am very happy with the refrigerator. It is large, lots of storage, no issue with cooling. It has been working great for us. Very happy with the product.

This fridge accents our kitchen perfectly. There seems to be so much more room than our previous unit that was the same size. Only complaint is that the water (and ice) has a plastic taste. We will continue to drain the line, within reason, until it dissipates or until we request a replacement filter or tubing. All in all...it was a great choice and, 2 weeks in, we are very happy with it.

Nice, spacious refrigerator with great capacity. Better quality than comparable Samsung refrigerator. Connect to LG App through wifi, but you can't further integrate it with other smart home platforms. It has limited ice making capacity per day. All in all, a good, functional product.

Switched our old fridge for this one and love it so far!

Overall, we are very pleased with it. Appearance: Very nice. Buttons for water and ice are intuitive - and easy to toggle back and forth from each function. Storage: Refrigerator is really nice and deep. Tons of storage space – especially on the doors Best Buy: It took about a week to be scheduled and have the item delivered.
