We are very happy with the fridge. Had to take off the front door and the fridge handles to get it inside the house. You need to pulse the water flow when doing the initial start up or you get foul chemical-tasting water. Once you do that correctly, the water and ice cubes are fine, but we didn't understand that at the installation and it took a subsequent visit from a service tech and a new filter to get it right.

Excellent at keeping refrigerated and frozen food at proper temperatures. Brilliant lighting in fridge and freezer make finding items easy. Door storage in fridge allows for orderly storage of milk, iced tea, oil and more as well as smaller items. Adjustable shelves are great. Water and ice easily used.

we've only had the fridge for a month but the wi-fi feature is pretty handy. Didn't want to pay extra for it came with fridge we wanted. tracks temp and kwh usage. Ice make in door not super big but comes with extra ice bin in freezer. Makes ice fairly quickly.

Works great, had to buy my own bolts because it was an open box item. Ice maker and water works great. Had to install myself also because delivery guy did not want to wait while I clean under old fridge and had to drill a larger hole.

Lots of room. Love the look of the fridge. Havent really used the wifi part of the fridge that much. To be honest, not even sure why this fridge is wifi enabled. Maybe there is something cool that you can use it for and I just haven't taken the time to figure that out. The doors come off super easy for moving into the house to install. You really won't have to worry about that if bestbuy does the install.

It was quite trying because the first time my refrigerator was delivered the connection could not be done because the delivery person could not disconnect the water line. He said that I had to get a plumber - the plumber came in about 20 seconds he had the line disconnect. So much so that the plumber was laughing because he wanted to know who the person was that could not do this simple task. After two more attempts to deliver the refrigerator - I finally receive it. Your delivery call only when they are in front of the home not giving you enough time for some one to get there if need be. The customer should be given a call at least 30 minutes before the delivery.

Lots of space and great icemaker! Lots of freezer room too.

Absolutely love the refrigerator. Both compartments have lots of room and having the ice maker in the door makes even more room. The adjustable shelves makes it easy to fit almost anything in the refrigerator. The bottom freezer is great with easy access to the compartment along with the shelf.

We bought this refrigerator when updating the kitchen in a house we were selling. The buyers wanted it included in the sale, so we left it. Our new house had a Frigidaire model, and while OK, there were things we didn't like about it. Mainly, the ice maker would freeze up occasionally and the maker itself took up an enormous amount of space inside. For months, we lamented how we missed out old fridge. When the ice maker finally died, we re-ordered the exact unit (this one) again and couldn't be happier! The only issue was the premium we paid versus 2 years earlier thanks to the pandemic/supply issues/inflation. Pros: -spacious interior thanks to it's in-door ice maker. -"smart" functions without being obnoxious (basic notifications like water usage, number of times door opened, filter status, etc.) Cons: -Smaller ice compartment due to being in-door. Not an issue for our smaller family, but when we had several people here over Christmas, it struggled to keep up. - Literally $800 more than when purchased 6/2020

This is a decent working refrigerator the icemaker however has a lot to be desired if you are someone who is looking for something to produce is a lot of ice even on the high functioning ice mode this has a lot to be desired. It took about two weeks to finally hook into the Wi-Fi having an entire house that is Wi-Fi and I am not a genius it did not happen overnight but this did take the longest! PEOPLE HONESTLY MEASURE FOR YOUR APPLIANCE AND DELIVERY! Depending on the year your home was built MOST OR SOME.... UNLESS CUSTOM DOOR WAYS MSY BE 29.5 Even with everything on front removed the newer models sometimes have a back that sticks out, or bottom mounting feet that will lose you that appliance by a 1/2”!!! Watch your finishes!!! 15 years in from my first remodel and 2 homes consecutive.... I wish I could get “brushed stainless” or a TRUE fingerprint resistant without a 3-5k price tag... you are just paying for a label there, I would rather sink the money FULL COMMERCIAL / SEMI Viking, Sub Zero etc if we are going to rack it up Otherwise one month in and I bought myself a home warranty too!

So far, after 3 weeks, this has been a great fridge. I like that it has dual ice makers, one in the door and one in the freezer drawer. It’s nice that even thought there is an ice maker in the door, it does not take up the whole upper left corner of the fridge. It also makes crushed ice. Yay! I bought this during the 4th of July sale so I received a great deal.

It is a very god refrigerator, very good design, work perfect. The extra Ice is a super plus.

We had a 4 year old LG almost exactly like this that we loved, but the people who bought our house wanted it, so we had to get a new one. It came down to this and the same model with 2 freezer drawers, but I decided the price difference was not worth it. Functionally, it works exactly like our old LG, which is great. The only difference is the water/ice controls, which are now combined instead of two different buttons. We prefer the old design, but this is ok. My only complaint has nothing to do with the fridge itself, or Best Buy, but with LG's sale pricing. Right after we bought this one, it seems nearly every LG refrigerator went on a big sale, except for this one. If I had purchased the 2 freezer drawer model, instead of paying $200 more, I would have saved $600 after the price match! Yes, I could have probably gone through the hassle of doing a return, but who really does that with a fridge? I ranked the "Value" rating as average because of this. Thanks a lot LG. : (

Easy access to ice and makes extra ice for family gatherings. Lots of space inside.

We were lucky enough to have our last refrigerator for 17 years. However, when it stopped working, we were pleasantly surprised to find this model on sale. As loyal LG appliance customers we were glad to stay with a trusted brand. We were also pleased with the shopping experience as Best Buy, and the follow through with the delivery and installation.
