Love it! A lot of space for food and easy to clean.

Had the fridge installed on 11-24-2019 the installers were on time they removed the old fridge and installed the new one gave some basic instructions on when we could drink the water use the ice maker and when we could start putting food back into the fridge and freezer side. so far no issues with the fridge downloaded the thinQ app and sinc it up with the fridge no issues.

I have been using LG products for some time now. All products that I have owned lasted long. I love this french door large compartments refrigerator. I also love the water filtration system. The good thing is we don't have to keep track of the filtration system. The LG ThinQ app keeps track of the same.

Works great. Large storage space. Water filters are a little pricey.

This was part of our kitchen remodel and it looks stunning and is so much better than the side by side that was previously in our kitchen. There is so much room in both the fridge and freezer sections. The water dispenses super fast. The cubes are a great size. And to top it all off, it is so quiet. Don’t even know it is there. Great product!!!

2 years after purchase, suddenly stop working. We wake up one morning with a water in the kitchen floor, and everything melting down. The display shows error “CH E” that investigating it’s about evaporator needs to be replaced or it’s a gas leak. Called authorized LG Service in my area and they said that because the model is too new, they don't have the appropriate tools to make the repair. Now, need to find someone brave enough to try it. Of course I didn't buy the extended warranty and now it's a great regret.

Lots of space love the ice maker and all the Cira features

So far we've been very happy by this product. The lighting inside is so much brighter than our last refrigerator. I'm especially enjoying the simplicity of use. To change temperature or do other things is easy to understand and change. This is a review based on a new refrigerator - 4 weeks - so I'm not sure I would make a recommendation of quality at this point. I know it functions like it should so far. I refuse to give this more than an average rating because I may be disappointed in the future and don't want to mislead others who may want to buy.

What can I say. This fridge is awesome it's everything I was looking for. The color the size and just overall look and function so far is great. Would definetly recommend this product for purchase you will not be disappointed at all. The price is great too I got it on sale at the time way below the regular price. Best Buy always comes through.

There is much to like about this refrigerator; however after eleven days in our home it began rattling and and making a grinding noise. Sometimes quite loud; other times not so much. When we reported it, the Geek Squad from Best Buy offered incredible 5 star customer service. They offered a repairperson or a new refrigerator; we took the new fridge. It was delivered on time by two men who were respectful of our hardwood floors. If this one hums along fine for a few years we would up our rating to 5 stars. It is spacious with helpful features without bells and whistles no one really needs. My only recommendation would be to take the service contract; we signed up for it during the delivery of refrigerator #2.

Is very nice looking outside and roomy inside. fit perfectly in my fridge space. magnets stick to the side but not the front.

I am very impressed with this fridge. It runs very quiet and has plenty of room inside. Lots of great storage in the freezer. I originally purchased a Samsung but it kept leaking from the water dispenser. I returned that fridge and got another Samsung to replace it but that one leaked too. That one had to go back to and I replaced it with this fridge. Not one leak!!!

This LG refrigerator was so smartly designed for interior storage space. Exterior ice & water dispenser well is large enough to fill liters and pitchers. Superior to my old Samsung.

I replaced my old GE side by side that came with my house to this French door (also, my first French door), and whoa. This thing is seriously beautiful. I know, I get it. It's just a fridge, but seriously. It's made so well, and works so incredibly well. It's not the cheapest fridge out there, but whatever. Worth the price? Hard to honestly say, but I'm happy with it.
