Wasn't sure what brand to trust anymore with our last purchase. But we worked with our Best Buy retailer, and we had done our 'homework' on other brands and decided on this LG model. First of all, it's a good looking Refrigerator. Secondly, it's really quiet. And with the extended warranty we purchased thru our retailer, we feel we got a keeper. Am I a little skeptical? Sure...we all need to be, but I'm putting a little faith in this one and though we've only owned it for a month, it's lived up to what we were told. And no, we're not having any issues with Ice making. The only part I'll mention is the need to remember to be sure of what function #ice, crushed ice, or water# you want before dispensing, but you get used to it and soon it's second nature. Happy with this brand and model.

This is the third one of these LG fridges for us (do to moving) It has been reliable. Stays cold and very quiet. Ice maker saves room and works well. Larger bins on the door is good. Would buy another if we had too.

We bought this fridge because the ice maker is in the door, which leaves an ample amount of room in the top shelf and still have room for storage in the door. The issue we had was, within 10 months, the ice maker stopped working and the freezer was not freezing our food. We contacted LG, who contacted a third party appliance repair company. It took 3 different techs to tell us it’s the compressor and refrigerant, but he’s not qualified and doesn’t have the tools to work on the fridge. They did order and have a new compressor and parts sent to us within days, However, weeks later and several broken appointments (on their part), we are still without a functioning unit. The company kept sending techs with no training or tools. This is who LG is sending, and LG STILL hasn’t had a manager call us. LG is manufacturing appliances and there are no one in my area (Washington DC area) who can repair the problems. STAY AWAY.

Larger than expected, and that's a good thing. We had a 30" wide fridge. Other reviewers said it runs very quiet, however, the one delivered is louder than we expected. Probably compressor? We are getting a replacement. 4 stars since I believe the new one will be quieter.

We did quite a bit of research before buying this unit. We are pleased with it. I guess all refrigerators make some noise. This unit makes some when the motor is running but not enough to say it is a problem. I really like the amount of space in the cold section and the door space.

The fridge is a great size, with lots of (smart) storage. The only 'complaint' is the size of the ice maker. We're used to having a much larger capacity ice maker, and this one is pretty small. WiFi feature is neat. Freezer size is great too. Overall a nice replacement for a fridge that we owned for 10 years.

I've only had this refrigerator for a couple weeks, but love it so far. The digital temperature display is very handy. Now, I know at all times what the temp is. The Black Stainless Steel color looks great in my kitchen and it does not show fingerprints.

I love this LG refrigerator. One of the main features that won me over is the ice maker in the door so you don’t lose shelving. It’s out of the way! I also like the retractable shelf so you can store bigger items. It’s also WiFi compatible. A+++

I bought this one over the LG fridge with the InstaView because this is actually a little bigger of a refrigerator. I am in love with the Smart Wi-Fi capability. I can actually adjust the temperature of my fridge from my phone! This product kicks butt!

Quality feel, lots of space and makes ice really quick.

A quiet operating refrigerator/freezer. After we moved we replaced the existing new G.E. refrigerator with our LG and we are very pleased. Our sales rep, Dan at the Sarasota store was extremely helpful in processing our sale.

The refrigerator is exactly what I wanted to replace my too small, 20+ year old version. Oh, and it was on sale! The delivery men were fabulous - very carefully with the product and with our house. They removed all the packaging and our old refrigerator. Yay!

Large capacity, great look and a well laid out design.

We like this refrigerator so much we have bought it twice, once for our house on the west coast then again when we moved! The space can't be beat. The functionality is impressive. And there is no wasted or useless space...everything is perfectly preconfigured.

Appears to be functional but is noisy and the water dispensed is not effectively cooled. Layout is easy to use and love the slim ice maker

After Samsung fridge kept freezing up, this has been a great fridge so far. So far everything is cold and freezer working well. Ice maker seems to be a good size, but I recommend you save up if you have guest coming over.

This fridge surpasses my expectations. I got it for its simple look and functionally, but I didnt expect it to be so quiet! Ice maker is a bit small but it makes for more room in the fridge. Ice plus is great to crank out the ice when I need it. And any extra ice can be stored in the bin located in the freezer

This Frig was this what the doctor ordered. It does everything it says it would do with ease . I hooked the water line up myself real easy for me

Love it! Very spacious fridge! Love the SS look. Can connect to wifi and use the app to control the panel features. Only thing, I wish there was an option to keep the water dispenser light on, but that’s so minor.

This was a little bit more of an investment but far surpasses samsung which the door dis not work after 6 months of use by a single owner. Can you imagine a family using samsung
