Excellent design and function, spacious, clever reduced space ice maker. Best Buy delivery men very meticulous in the delivery and setup

Fridge space is HUGE and great - but I cannot get as much into the freezer as I'd hoped. Plus, since it is designed as two pull out 'drawers,' bottom items are buried beneath top items, so I have to dig through the cold to find anything. I used to have a french door, and the freezer was too narrow for some boxed items, so I thought having the bottom freezer would solve that issue. Now, the isssue is that the drawer is not deep enough, so it really didn't solve my issue with freezer space. Great unit for people that don't buy groceries at Costco.

We looked at a bunch of fridges. Read lots of reviews. The Samsung’s seemed to have ice maker issues. This model had high reviews. We liked that the ice maker is is the door allowing for more room inside. Space is great. Door shelves offer tons of room for condiments. Ice and water in door work great. No loud noises at all. This is a great refrigerator and we are very happy with the purchase. We have been buying more LG products lately. Highly recommend.

Purchase this fridge because the store had absolutely NO inventory in their store. this was one of two fridges they had in stock. I wasn't excited since their floor had 15 plus models out to "buy" . Let's be honest most fridge purchases are urgent so ordering one wasnt an option. Hopefully Best Buy can fix that. I enjoy the different compartments and the space is great. The sliding shelf is a nice addition for when you need more space to put taller things that you don't have room for in the door shelves. I dont like the alarm that sounds if the door has been open for "what the fridge itself thinks is too long." The beeping reminds me of a cars seatbelt reminder. There may be a way to turn it off or change it but I haven't to look for that. Another thing I've notice is the water dispenser drips water from time to time. If the door is closed harder than normal water will drip from the dispenser. These things aren't the worse things to deal with but had to let possible future buyers know and hope it helps !

We’ve had frig for 3-4 weeks & all is well. Ice is good, cubes & crushed. Frig is quiet! Of course you can hear the ice cubes drop in the bin, but overall, no loud noises like some other brands. Lots of space in the freezer, top basket is convenient & extra ice cube bin is included. Only concern is the frig shelf that slides back so taller items can fit on bottom shelf - my kids tend to out open drink cups on the shelf & if it gets bumped it slides back rather easily. Very happy with this purchase. LG makes a good product.

The LG refrigerator has a great water and a system. It is very convenient to fill water bottles, and we have always had enough ice. The slim space plus a system is great since it gives us a lot more room. The adjustable shelves are very convenient for Condiments and bottles.The freezer has a nice drawer for putting frequently used items. This refrigerator has a lot more room than our previous French door refrigerator.

Totally loving this fridge! Our number one love is the water and ice dispenser. For some reason it is super yummy. Sounds weird, yes. But true. In love with drinking water like it was just invented. The ice reserve is pretty nifty too. It is super easy to remove and store inside the freezer or place into a cooler. There is no complaints about this fridge at all. I have never been so happy with a fridge. It isn't loud and kinda sexy...

The interior layout allows you to take advantage of the considerable capacity. Quiet operation. Much better at preventing fingerprints than many.

Everything I expected. One nice surprise is how quiet it is. Previous fridge, different brand, was very noisy. In research prior to purchase, some reviewers complained about in-door water dispenser. Have had no issues with dispenser. Manual says to allow up to 24 hours before fridge will reach proper temperature for food storage. Reached desired temperature in 3 hours. Delivery crew was excellent. Very satisfied with purchase.

It was not my first choice, but I think I’m happy I didn’t get my first choice. Have had this fridge for 3 months. It is very spacious and extremely well lit. water and ice on outside! Love that the ice maker is in door and frees up room on shelf. The freezer is very roomy and again well lit. I believe it has more cubic feet that our last one but doesn’t seem as bulky. No crazy bells and whistles but a great fridge. Very satisfied!

This refrigerator has all the features we were used to in our older fridge- and more. The design is sleek. The water in the door feature accommodates tall cups and glasses and it provides crushed ice as well as cubes. Because the ice maker is housed in the left side of the door, there are acres of space for food and drink. We chose not to have a second freezer ice maker, so there is ample space for frozen foods too. We haven't run out of ice yet, though the ice maker in the door is smaller.

After years and years of purchasing used refrigerators from 3rd party vendors/individuals, we finally upgraded and purchases our very own brand new fridge. We finally have a fridge that fits everything - both in the refrigerated and frozen sections! Its so much roomier than it looks but fit into the same compact space our older models previously occupied. SO VERY HAPPY with my new fridge, with running water and an ice maker and all the room a chef (my mother, not me) could ask for!!

We've had this for about a month, and I really like it. I love how much space it has. We have a family of 6 and all of the space has come in very useful. The freezer has more space than I expected. I really like how the ice maker is in the door, instead of taking up space in the fridge. The only complaint I would have is that it doesn't store much ice in the maker, but there is space to store ice in the freezer.

I can't say enough good things about Best Buy and their Sales Associates. They have always gone above and beyond what I expect, both before and after the sale. I'm a BB customer for life. We chose LG based upon our experience with other LG appliances and the recommendations of the sales staff at BB. However, we spent months checking out the competitive product lines as well as the reviews before making the actual purchase. LG and Samsung definitely have the most "Bells and Whistles" but they also seem to be sturdier than those "built" by the American manufactures. However, they all seem to have thinner plastic shelving than those built just a few years back. We chose LG over Samsung based upon our experience (not good) with previously owned Samsung appliances. Like most review this is being written after just a few weeks after purchase so I have little to no knowledge of this products durability, however, I can say that the icemaker is extremely quiet and was able to keep up with the ice demands over the Thanksgiving Holiday. In addition, even though this refrig. is smaller than our previous Samsung, it seems to hold more than the old one due to it's shelf arrangement and smaller icemaker. At this point we are extremely happy with the purchase and would recommend LG appliances aver the competition, especially when purchased at BB.

This is the best refrigerator I have ever had. It has a quiet sound ice maker works very fine. There is enough room for storage. One thing I like about this refrigerator is the freezer at the bottom. It does help to keep food fresh. The shelves accommodate my needs. Overall it meets my expectations

This refrigerator replaces a previously purchased 2 year old Lg refrigerator from Best Buy. Apparently LG has been having problems with that compressor. I had an extended warranty and was able to get this newer model as a trade plus a few extra dollars. I really like the water/ice dispenser on this model vs the older one. This seems to have more room inside too, even though the shelving is the same.

The refrigerator I purchased is a gem! It is exactly what I wanted and needed. Very specious, quiet, make plenty of ice.

So far so good...we've had the fridge for a little over a month now and it has been working great. I thought the small ice bin in the door was going to be an issue but this freezer makes ice fast so we have yet to run out of ice (plus theres a bin in the actual freezer that you can use for extra ice). Lots of room, lots of light. We have several LG products throughout our home and none of them disappoint.

Pros for me are: 1. Good enough size for an average family with kids (~28 cu. ft.). 2. Has both water and ice Dispenser. 3. The ice maker is setup in the door handle itself so it doesn't take any space inside the fridge area.

I love this refrigerator! I’ve and water dispenser in the door is great. And no more bending over to see what’s in it! Freezer space is huge as well! One of the best purchases we ever made
