They brought it in, dropped it off, hooked up water line but did not turn on water and plugged it in. I had to get it balanced, have doors adjusted and remove all packing materials. Then the delivery team was nice enough to ask for a perfect review because its how they got their bonuses. The ice maker failed within two months and had to get a warranty repair. They were dings in the freezer drawer. You would think with this kind of money and reaching out to complain that Best Buy would have made it right but nope. They got their money.
