We have had our LG Refrigerator for about one month now and we are very happy with it. There is plenty of space inside and the interior is well lit. The stainless steel exterior is beautiful and does not smear with fingerprints without trying. The water and ice exterior dispenser are easy to use and provide quality water. (Note: Be sure and run the water for approximately 5 minutes, or take 2 1/2 gallons out after installing a new filter otherwise you might have a plastic taste) The Wifi feature allows you to remotely view and adjust the refrigerator and freezer temperatures on an LG app. It will also tell you the status of the water filter, fresh air filter, adjust two types of energy saver features, turn on Ice Plus (to produce more ice over a 24 hour period only like for a party and store the ice in a separate container in the freezer) and even initiate a diagnostic check reporting any issues with electronics of the unit. My family is very impressed and we look forward to many years of usage and service. Would recommend.

Replaced a 12 year old LG French Door frig when the compressor finally failed. This model looked similar, but it is actually much larger inside. On door water/ice dispenser accepts thermos easily. Freezer is far more spacisous. So far, we love it.

I have been going back and forth between getting a side by side refrigerator or a french door refrigerator. Im so glad i went with the LG french door that i had been stalking for months indecisivly. Everything in my old refrigerator was put into the new one and looks so empty because i have so much more room. The ice maker works great, love everything about it.

This LG is nicely built, and has alot of space in the side shelves compared to most models. The ice maker is hidden in the door so it gives you more interior shelf space. The freezer has a separate pull out drawer to hold most flat items. Only downside is, It is extremely bulky on the outside and sticks out of the space

We have owned a LG refrigerator in the past so we decided to stick with what we already knew and liked. This is a great fridge. Lots of room for tall or wide items. We like the bottom freezer. It is easy to organize and store food. It is also a very pretty item and looks great in my kitchen. The ice machine is in the door too so it doesn’t take up space on the inside.

So far this refrigerator has been flawless and a pleasure to own. Its incredibly quiet and the water from the filter is great. It has a ton of space. The wifi feature is pretty cool as well. Would highly recommend this product to anybody looking for a good high quality French door refrigerator.

Only had it for a month but so far so good. Super quiet. Easy controls. Makes ice quickly. Lots of space inside. Looks great too with the rest of my stainless steel appliances. I did buy extra warranty after reading some reviews just in case issues with compressor. And it was a fair price for warranty.

We have not found anything about our new LG Refrigerator we don't like yet. My wife is an organizer and she seems to like the space we have and has changed things up several times already. My wife likes the lower freezer compartment for arranging our frozen goods, its easy to rotate oldest out first. We enjoy the water and ice dispenser also.

Ice maker and water work well with easy to use buttons. Spacious interior. I like the french doors. Only negative I have is that I paid extra for what I thought was black stainless steel, and it's actually more of a charcoal color. In my opinion, a color sample should have been made available.

Product was setup by Best Buy installers in a 3re floor apartment, very thankful to them. The fridge worked perfectly from day one, it’s very spacious and having build in purified water dispenser it’s great.

Works very well. Has lots of space and easy to rearrange the shelves to make room as necessary. The ice machine works most of the time, but sometimes I have to open the door and shake it loose for it to work again. Have not tried using the Wi-Fi on this fridge yet.

Received the Fridge on February 8,2023 so it is relatively recent. The fridge is very quite, and very well organized. It is spacious so it is good enough for a mid size or large family

Easy to use and maintain. Lots of space to store all your perishable in both the freezer and perishable goods. The ice dispersion is a must in my house and i could not live without one. I had stainless steel once before but it was terrible about showing every fingerprint. Not a problem with this one. It stays nice and clean

Was skeptical at first to get the French door, but this model has sooo much room. We got this model because it was one of the larger cubic feet. The only complaint we have are that the handles tend to get fingerprints on them. The surface is definitely finger print resistant. Ice is great as well.

I love this refrigerator. It has lots of room for its size. The icemaker and the water dispenser on the outside is my preference and it works very well. No complaints about this refrigerator.

Purchased this refrigerator after 13 years with my past one. Love the French doors. Very roomy inside. The Pull out freezer is a plus and room saver as well. A lot of space in this area as well. I love the extra ice maker in the freezer. It is a very modern looking refrigerator that fits well in any household setting!

Lots of space, quiet and efficient. Very happy with this product so far. The best part is it was delivered in 4 days because we really needed one ASAP. The availability in general of refrigerators right now is practically nil unless you are willing to wait 1-2 months for delivery.

We had other LGs before so we were comfortable with the brand but this model is great. It provides tons of space but does not look big. One big advantage is the ice maker. We dont use a lot of ice so we went for the smaller ice maker. The smaller ice maker gives us so much room inside; love the extra space.

This refrigerator, at 27.9 cubic feet, has plenty of room for food for a family of four. The new ice maker in the door does not take up much space but makes tons of ice for those hot days. Gallon storage in doors helps to save room for other items. Also enjoy the black stainless steel exterior that is smudge-resistant.

Good refrigerator, however NOT the one I originally purchased. Moving into my new home, my initial selection the 27.8 4 door refrigerator. Unfortunately the first one received had a HUGE dent in the front as if it was almost punctured by a fork lift. Waited a few more days to get another one. Once #2 was delivered, delivery guy comes into my home to tell me that THIS one was dented!!! I had to travel back to Best Buy only to be told that the refrigerator that I wanted was not available until the end of November (I closed on my home in October!). Between my issues with my TV (Samsung) and appliances, Best Buy service and quality is really hitting on the low rating scale!
