Awesome fridge so much space in it.door in a door is nice

This appliance worked out well. It is quiet. It gets very cold and the LED lights are great. I am less impressed with the shelves in the see-through door. They are not set up for optimal use/access, especially the top bin. Still waiting to see how the ice maker performs.

This is one of my favorite purchase from BB - I love this fridge, especially the French door instaview feature…I store all my beverages there. I have had this fridge for almost year and half and I have not had any issues with this fridge. I would buy this again

We really like this refrigerator. Without the water & ice dispenser there is so much more storage capacity in the fridge. We don't miss the water & ice dispenser feature at all. There is plenty of ice dispensed in the freezer and we continue to keep a filtered pitcher in the fridge. We use the quick access door more than we thought we would. It's so convenient to store often used items in this section.

I have a GE Monogram built-in fridge for years. Recently the starter board was dead again (the 3rd time!), I was forced to buy a new one. I went to shop in quite a few stores but there is only one which we could buy right away, all others needed about one week waiting. So we ended up with this LG 27 Cu.Ft, and my wife immediately fall in love with it. Firstly the inner space is really spacious and we designed; secondly the see-through door-in-door feature is really very useful. The price is also reasonable and much worthwhile for the money.

Spacious! Easy to access drinks. My little girl can reach her butter on a low shelf. Freezer goes sub-zero! Best black Friday deal!

I love my new LG fridge. Like...maybe even more than my husband! It’s the best thing to happen I 2020! It’s sooo roomy and wonderfully laid out...and that inset door is the best part! I was also so impressed at how wonderful the delivery team was. Super satisfied with my purchase. Thanks LG for an amazing product and to Best Buy for making the purchase and set up process awesome.

A massive upgrade from my old fridge. I love that it has ample storage and I really wanted one that doesn't have the ice and water in the door. I heard nightmare stories about those. This one is simple, very functional and the in door beverage area is nice.

This refrigerator looks great in my kitchen and it has plenty of room inside. I replaced a Samsung that kept freezing up and never made ice because the ice maker was in the top refrigerator section. I had to keep going out to buy bags of ice and throwing away food because the fan in the back was freezing up and I had to keep defrosting it. Not anymore. This refrigerator has the ice maker in the bottom drawer, where it belongs, and now I have plenty of ice and my food keeps at proper temperature.

Nice refridgerator. Runs so quiet that you can't tell it's on. I like the small glass door that opens for easy access to items you go for more frequently. I have to commend your delivery guys. they took the old fridge out and brought the new one in without bumping into the walls or furniture. The door they had to go through was very tight and still never touched the door frame

Great roomy from fridge. I love the open door alarm on this fridge. My kids have a tendency to not close the doors all the way, so we had ice build up on our other freezer. Kids live the knocking feature to turn on the lights to see what juice is available. Very happy with my purchase.

I've had this fridge for 2 yrs; long enough for need of a deep clean and discovered it's impossible to thoroughly clean veg/fruit bins & deli tray. A design flaw makes usually accessible crevices impossible to get to. Google search before you buy - folks are constantly breaking the clear plastic deli cover, (removable in other LG models - not this one), and the front panel of the crisper bins because they look like they're supposed to come off - they're not. You should be able to easily clean where food debris & liquid usually land, but not so w/ this model. I had Geek Squad send a LG repair tech who confirms this: You have to first remove the shelf above it, then disassemble the deli tray housing and soak it and the tray in the bathtub - SERIOUSLY!! They're too big for a kitchen sink. (One photo misidentifies the tray - that's the housing, not the tray after its bath.) Crispers are small enough to soak in the sink vertically for however long it takes. It's the only way to clean these things. For all the pros of the InstaView door-in-door innovation, this is an incredibly DUMB oversight that makes cleaning this thing onerous & painful.

After almost two months this fridge has been nothing but excellent. The space it provides is great. The ice maker is wonderful. The quick freeze feature does the job. A major upgrade in our lives. No more dealing with an old fridge that spoils veggies with wild temperature variances. The drink window is awesome and gives it such a nice look. We're very happy with this.

Bought LG 27 Cu Ft InstaView French Door in Door Refrigerator as part of LG Bundle and Geek Squad Installation went smoothly. Refrigeration capacity is large and there is instant access to soda and water bottles through sleek separate door opening that helps preserve remaining food. Ice maker works great! Updating 1990 builder grade kitchen and new appliances make all the difference.

This is our first LG refrigerator and so far it’s quieter than any Whirlpool, Kenmore, or GE that we’ve had in the past. The French door style is another first for us and we’re honestly still adjusting. Refrigerated items are readily accessible and we’ve found the Glide n’ Serve drawer and Insta view door to be handy. Personally, we find the freezer drawer to be a bit of a challenge to organize as compared to our old side by side model. Being more of a dump bin by design, the freezer doesn’t seem to hold as much given comparable overall cubic space, unless things are buried. Even so, those accustomed to the French door style will probably find this one to their liking. All things considered, we’re happy with our purchase and hope it lasts us a while.
