But it was missing the usb part to connect the keyboard and mouse to the monitor and LG customer service has been less then helpful when it comes to shipping me the part it has been a literal NIGHTMARE!

But when I connected my laptop with HDMI cable, able to see on big screen, but the wireless mouse and keyboard are not giving instructions on the screen. ex: my mouse(got in the package) left and write click not working. My wireless keyboard(got in the package), not able to type anything. When click on WINDOWS button in the wireless keyboard the screen switches from PC mode to general home screen. How do I configure the input devices keyboard and mouse when connected to my laptop????
