We bought it to replace the small tv in a guest room and added an Apple streaming device. Now we’d rather watch tv in the guest room than the living room.

They required a little more when it came to install then what was expected. Other than that, they have been working very well.

Time will tell. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. The clarity of this screen is great. Colors seem to pop. It took me a little bit to get used to the smart monitor screen. I am using this for art so the clarity and color are important to me. If it lasts I will be very happy with it.

Clear 4k video with even lighting and good contrast, but not as wide a viewing angle as I would expect from an IPS display.

The sales associate took us to the section where the monitors were located and explained to us the advantages and disadvantages of a single monitor vs multiple monitors. Our overall experience was GREAT! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and sent to the correct department and greeted again by someone on that department. Thank you for the outstanding customer experience.

Box came with a hole and the part of the monitor stand hanging out. inside monitor was not wrapped and sliding around in box. Monitor powered on and would not connect to my PC. I'm a highly technical person and have built Computers. This was unacceptable and returned.

Brought it home after Best Buy downloaded files etc from old iMac. I tried to set it up myself.. not so great! Contracted Geek Squad to come out to my house to finish job. Jonathan, came out and finished the job. He was cordial, professional and knowledgeable. While I still need a new printer, hopefully Jonathan will be available to install! Very well pleased!

The built smart features are also very nice and response time is quick. Image quality is fantastic with wide viewing angle. The built in speakers are good not great but the monitor as a whole has value in all the features.
