Nice, but not necessary. It does help you so you don't have to lean so low, so if you have any kind of back problems, get it! Provides good storage, but kind of pricey!

Great storage space, very helpful in an apartment. Love not having to bend over for clothes now.

I'm kinda tall at 6 ft 3 inches. I generally want stuff a little higher so I don't have to bend over all the time. These pedestals are perfect. Put the washer and dryer at the perfect height, I am not bending down too much and my husband doesn't have to reach up to much (he is much shorter than I am). Over all a great compromise

This is a great way to add storage in your laundry room. It also adds necessary height for tall people. I love it!

Great lift so there isn’t to much bending over to load and unload. Also great storage space

no to much to say. The petestals make the washer and dryer a good height for getting clothes in and out. the drawers can be used to keep stuff in if you want.

Storage space is never enough, so being able to put these pedestals under both the washer and dryer allowed me to keep all of the detergent, softeners, bleach, and dryer sheets under the units, right where they are used. No additional floor space sacrificed for storage!

The storage is great and it props my dryer up so it is a perfect height for loading and unloading my laundry.

After a lot of research, we selected the LG Washer, Dryer, SideKick Washer and pedestal based on discussions with LG Tech Support and the Sales Associate at Best Buy. We also had the items delivered and installed through Best Buy and the installers were very professional and did a great job. We are very happy with our purchase.

I love that this product raises my washing machine to a more comfortable level and is aesthetically pleasing to the ieye. Really don't think it is worth the price you pay for them, however. Another gripe I have is that when connecting to washing machine, the screw holes don't line up like they should.

It adds some storage space. The main reason I got it was less bending over to do laundry as it raises the machine height.
