Trying to return it having problems even with the Best Buy warranty, save a head ache, buy something else

A MUST addition
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to get a new washer and dryer back in May of 2025 and decided to go with a front loader. I knew I wanted a riser, as I have a super bad back and the bending over all the time hurts. I didn't realize that this pedestal actually has a hamper inside it! That was a nice surprise, even though I don't need them (I purchased one for washer and one for dryer). I removed one from the stand and use it to hold random stuff and the other I use for holding cleaning supplies. I am 5'5 and having these under the washer/dryer has been great. They open and close smoothly and are pretty deep/big, so they hold a lot of stuff.

BUT … through the recent President’s Day sale I bit the bullet when I bought the matching washer and dryer … and I’m very glad i did. I love the front loader and the height in putting things in and taking them out. I like that more than the extra storage it gives me!
