Satisfied with product performance matching in store features explained by sales person.

The warning beeps are annoying as heck

Every time my laptop goes to sleep it starts beeping and making noises. Already have the sound turned to mute, but it continues. The screen is decent, just the inability to shut off the stupid sounds is ridiculous.

Posted .Hi, John. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand your concern about dealing with constant beeping, especially when you’ve already turned the sound off on your LG Monitor (27U631A-B) model.
The beeping may be due to active alerts or notifications. Check the OSD settings for any sound alerts. Press the menu button, go to Settings > Sound or Settings > Alerts, and ensure sound alerts are off.
If the beeping persists, consider resetting the monitor to default settings via Settings > Reset. For more help, check this link: https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-monitor-how-to-perform-a-factory-reset--20153185231127.
