I love the ice maker being in the freezer drawer. I honestly thought it would fill the basket up more but that’s more so just because it doesn’t look super full. I haven’t had any problem not having enough ice for our family. Water dispenser on the door is nice but sprays really hard and makes a splash so it requires frequent wiping down. A lot of room for everything in the fridge with the ice maker being in the freezer.

I love this spacious refrigerator/freezer! Lots of room for food, leftovers, and storage. The lighting is beautiful and the shelf placement is perfect for seeing everything in the fridge. The meat drawer is wide and roomy and the two vegetable drawers are all easy to see inside without opening. The door shelves are big and plenty to organize bottles, jars and drinks. Water in the door is handy and flows strong. I like the two drawer freezer - it’s easy to reach ice and keeps the freezer cold. I couldn’t be happier with this fridge! Some reviews noted temperature concerns so I measured ours with a thermometer. Our fridge is 34 degrees and the freezer is zero. The ice maker is acceptable but a little let-down. “Full” is actually a half full bin. It takes a few days to fill, even with acceler-ice setting. We rake the ice forward to encourage it to make more. It’s plenty of ice for normal use; TBD if it’s enough when the whole family comes over. In all, I am glad we chose this fridge!

We love this fridge! It’s incredibly spacious and looks nice. It’s definitely finger print resistant and so easy to wipe smudges away. There was a plastic taste to the water initially but it was likely the internal water line (connected from the actual door) as we replaced that and the water immediately improved.

Great space. Love the sliding drawers, they move so smoothly. Pretty quiet except for when its refilling the ice tray but it doesnt stay long. Speaking of ice, if you are a heavy ice user be warned that it takes a LONG time to half way fill the tray (3 days). Other than that anyone would enjoy this fridge.

We’ve had our refrigerator for almost a year, lots of room for our family of 4. Love the 2 drawer freezer, the customer service at Best Buy Madison East was phenomenal

So far I love it. Very roomy and I love the two drawer freezer. We have freezer so really didn't want a lot of room. I did water only because it seemed to always be full of water when there was 6 of us. Now, no place for water to sit.

We LOVE this refrigerator. We were looking for a frig with a water dispenser but not with ice and water on the outside door since it takes away so much space from the frig door storage. This frig exceeded our expectations. The water dispenser on the outside takes up no room from the storage on the inside door, the doors close easily and securely, the storage area on the doors is huge and the arrangement of shelves is excellent. We weren't looking for a 2-section freezer, but now that we have it, we LOVE it!

Overall it’s a good refrigerator. We decided to get this one because it doesn’t have an ice maker in the door. It’s roomy, beautiful. My only gripe is that the freezer doesn’t stay open and the ice sometimes misses the ice bucket.

Excellent design, very space conscious. Plenty of storage space and definitely love the double freezer design. The larger capacity is great for my family and kids. Highly recommend this fridge.

Very nice and spacious fridge. The low profile water dispenser is great for taking up little space inside the doors. Being able to separate the freezer items between drawers makes it less tedious to find things too.

Love the refrigerator. Keep in mind if it will not fit through your doorway the doors will need to be removed, that is considered a “install” service…. Not a delivery service. I had not purchased the install so it sat in my garage until I could remove the doors and get help to bring it in the house. Also the instructions to remove the doors are not good, you have undo the waterline in the back of the fridge, the instructions look like it comes out of the door, I cannot hook up the water now because the help i acquired pulled to hard on the hose coming out of the door. But I do love the 2 freezer drawers!

Large. Lots of space in doors to store bottles, jars, small boxes,etc. shelves are wide and spacious and placed far enough above and below each other for larger item. Two drawer freezer makes separating smaller items from larger item conveniently visible.

Very happy with purchase two months in. Only complaints are the doors can shut a little loudly and aggressively with out conscientious attention, the bell reminding you that the door is open isn’t adjustable time wise and happens a little early for me, we really like everything else. We shall see about the ice maker and if it holds up as others have noticed challenges. I wish it would have come with a scooper for the ice and a light inside the lowest drawer. But overall I am beyond happy happy happy. And so is my family.

Fits in our kitchen perfectly. Love the fridge at the top and freezer at the bottom, which is different from my old fridge. Also, love how spacious it is.

We have owned this for about a month now and have been very satisfied. The refrigerator area is huge. I wish it had an additional drawer for cheese/deli, but the beverage drawer is awesome. The freezer area seems a little small if youre planning on keeping a lot of frozen bulk items, but it works well for daily or weekly purposes. The ice maker is a little noisy but does work well. The exterior water dispenser is very low profile and doesnt take up much, if any, space of the interior door storage. It feels much more expensive than it is.

If everything worked right I might give this refrigerator a 4 or maybe even a 5 BUT quality control is very poor. The first refrigerator we purchased was defective and returned for the same model. Now the second also has a problem. The first was delivered 8/5/23 and replaced 8/19/23. Ice would build up on the left rail of the top freezer drawer on the first refrigerator and it didn't keep consistent temperatures in the refrigerator section (I have a thermometer on every shelf, on one of the door shelves and in both freezer drawers). Best Buy was great about exchanging it for another. Now the second refrigerator has a problem also. The top freezer drawer doesn't always close completely. At first glance it appears closed but there is a very small gap between the drawer gasket and the main frame of the refrigerator, enough to cause a problem with temperature in the freezer drawer (mushy ice cream, anyone?). We have placed a service call with Best Buy hoping there is an easy fix to the problem. With all these thermometers (all new and checked for uniformity) we also have noticed the top refrigerator shelf is the coldest, the middle shelf not quite as cold and the bottom shelf is always 39-40 even though the temperature is set to 34. If Best Buy cannot fix the drawer, our replacement won't be another LG.

We decided after 20+ years it was time to get a new fridge. We looked at all the different models. Read reviews & repeatedly open & shut doors & drawers. We had a list of "would like to have" & our budget. This fridge fit the bill. The only thing it didn't have was ice in the door, but every other want checked off. Now that I don't have ice in the door...I don't know why I would miss it. It ended up being a good thing. We really like this fridge. The room is plentiful & I have even bought a few turn tables to put things on. We are very happy with this fridge.
