Big fridge but top portion does not get cold enoug

Even though it is a huge fridge but the top portion does not hold food cold enough. My foods have been going bad even when i put the temperature to 43 degrees ( which is the highest it can go). I bought LG due to the fact that my friends told me that their products are the best but i m getting the opposite. Now it is too late to return and i do hope that best buy can do something about it.

Was worried it wouldn't fit through doorways but delivery people showed me that fridge is delivered without fridge doors attached and they attach doors once delivered so it easily fit

Worse, during the defrost cycle, it goes up to 50, but doesn’t recover fast from it. The only good thing is that it is very quiet.

Called for a replacement ( second time) and I need to wait until August got my new replacement to arrive.
