The problem is that I was under the impression that the person who installed it was coming back to put the wires inside the wall instead of their hanging loose, which is not a very good look. Unfortunately it turns out he was coming to see what could be done to improve the look. He, apparently got too busy and was sending someone else who said his job was to look at the job not actually fix anything. We were very disappointed and just decided to forget it.
